Great customer service on replacing a broken part in my first 8Tenparts order. They shipped via FedEx within two days of reporting the problem. Everything was handled with several quick email exchanges which I found amazing.

Hard to give a review without ever receiving items
I still have not received my package, was supposed to have arrived 10 days ago. Tracking has been delayed though package is said to have been picked up and in transit. Last known location has been the same since 14 days. Emailed customer support and they deemed that I must “wait seven business days of the package still being in the same location before reaching out again”. Not a good product (because I do not have it) and not great customer service to follow up with.

Small business that makes a difference
It's getting harder and harder to find replacement parts for old equipment in our throw-away society.
