This company doesn't answer their incoming phone calls. They don't mark their products with serial numbers or model numbers so you can match slides. They want you to take photos and send emails back and forth so they can GUESS what slide you need. We are a small business trying to do a job and they are wasting my time!
the customer service is exceptional , Oliver and Anna on the UK sales telephone line were so helpful and knowledgeable. Thy emailed me back very promptly and followed it up with phone calls.
All went well in ordering the items, however whilst installing the 2 slide and hide door mechanism it became obvious that the wrong length control wires had been delivered.On contacting the co we had to go thru hoops, including having to send videos of of the installation, finally it was agreed to send the correct length wires, however only 1 set of wires sent to us, since then we have had no real assistance in getting the remaining set of wires and they do not return any emails, I gave in using phone calls as these were not fruitful and sometimes rude and reverted to emails so all contact was traceable. The date of the experience was a date but this has been going on since Nov 2023
