HORRIBLE

HORRIBLE. STAY AWAY. COMPLETE SCAM. I unfortunately was scammed into this service. Paid for a full year received about 3 months upgrade and their response was nothing. It’s complete BS. NEVER EVER USE

Stay away

Bought AA status with hefty set up fee and after a long delay received, however they did not renew. Support almost nonexistent. No phone number to call. You can only email. No way to lodge a business complaint as no company info on site. SCAM

The owner runs another online store named Cobalt Corporate Travel Please stay away. This owner will herts your account. Because lots of item descriptions are BULLSxxT.Same refund policy, same T&C, and the same upgrade resource they get. And almost the same website layout to put trustpilot widget to show how reliable they are!Now it's too late to change anything of them, I have used google cached and Wayback machine to backup two websites.Caution!!! This site is out there!! Keep away form that S C A M site. Please be aware that the owner runs another similar online store at awardandtravel.com

Complete scam of a company

Complete scam of a company. Will charge you, put you in for a status match with faked credentials, then won't renew your status afterwards. That's why there's such a high "initiation cost" and the "renews" are cheaper -- the renews don't happen.

Absolute Fraud

Bought status, a couple months later it was revoked. They don't respond to emails, won't pick up the phone, no mailing address. This site is a scam, pure and simple.

Pretty much a scam

Originally purchased a 12 month Delta Platinum Medallion upgrade back in December of 2022. I was actually able to get the upgraded status for the first 3 months, but then suddenly around April (or potentially earlier, maybe March) my status mysteriously disappeared. Early May is when I really noticed this because I have a flight coming up soon and tried to contact them to see what they could do about it.They have this particular line/guarantee on their website "If your status ever disappears during the time in which we guaranteed it would be in your account, you are eligible to receive a full refund AND 50% off any future order."Over 24 hours and zero response leads me to believe that they've since abandoned all "support" since it looks like they've created another site " joindeluxe " offering the exact same scam.Like others have mentioned, they "claim" to have a bunch of 5 star reviews from trustpilot, but NONE of those reviews show up here. Stay away from this website as well as the other one " joindeluxe " that claims to be independent of this one.

SCAM SCAM SCAM

What they advertise on their site is NOT what you receive. And when you call the airline to request an upgrade, you’re told that you don’t qualify. They are DBA various entity names, no one responds to email or picks up the phone, and 100% of the “TrustPilot” reviews on their website are fake. Shut these guys down!

Seems like they got caught scamming...

I wanted to jumpstart my status due to flying a lot for work and this company was mentioned quite a bit on travel forums. TrustPilot scores and other reviews looked good; there was a website with a phone number and transparent refund policy; the explanation for how they provide the service seemed solid so I thought: why not?I'm glad I have a credit company with no-hassle disputes and chargebacks, because I not only never received the service I paid for, but the airline wouldn't accept the status (which I'm now guessing was fraudulent, rather than corporate over-buys as their website claimed) and they ghosted me. Then they started systematically removing contact options from their website; first the phone number, then live chat (which no one ever answered) then ultimately they took the website down entirely.I'm guessing they had an uptick in traffic which caused them to get caught. I hope everyone else they scammed was able to get their money back, too.

This company website has fake “reviews “…

This company website has “reviews “ from Trustpilot. Though here it has zero reviews . If you use fake reviews, make sure they are hard to discover
