Worst online shopping experience ever…
Worst online shopping and customer service experience I've ever had. I bought a figure from them and they said that it was impossible for them to send it, so they promised to give a full reimbursement, then they just cut off all communication with me and when I insisted in sending them messages they pretended they were short of money so they could not give me the refund. They also took ages to respond to my messages and were utterly unprofessional. To this date, they've still yet to give me my money back. It's been almost a year already since then. If you check them online, they seem to have multiple complaints from many people having the same type of experience. They're a fraud and should never be trusted by anyone.
