Wonderful customer service!
I had the privilege of speaking with someone in customer service at the end of day, Friday. She was friendly and professional while I worked through getting an order re-done, to which, I had to later cancel because I didn't need the bulbs (long story).In any case, for both calls, she was absolutely amazing, friendly, very professional, and managed my expectations like a pro. Very well done!Oh, yeah, and the light bulbs work great in my 2007 Mustang. :)

Couldn`t find the strobe funtion
Good presentation, arrived ahead of schedule. I'm not giving it a higher rating because I couldn't find the strobe function on the white LED. I don't know if they sent the wrong ones, sending the ones that didn't have this function, which is the one I need. I would appreciate any help with this issue.

Best lightbulbs on the market
When I put them in they look fancy and really elevate my car so it looks nice. They were bright and perfectly matched my car as well.I really enjoy your product and even got my fiancé to do her lights using ur product and recommend it to my parents as well. Your lights are also affordable.

W21Y & W21R Review.
W21Y & W21R Review.I ordered 2 different type of bulbs separately mainly because i was skeptical about the product at first. I was pleasantly surprised about my first purchase was the W21 amber bulb. The installation was easy plug n play. I figure it is polarity reverasable because first try it turned on. It is BRIGHT yellow way better than stock. No flickers so far! The W21 red brake light was easy install and perfect fit. It is very bright too, way better than stock halogen. Both were hard to find because of my year and model of my truck. I am very happy i was able to find a compatible bulb with ALLA.

Was never in stock in the first place
I bought, paid for, and waited a full week for my item to get canceled the night before it was to be delivered. The item I ordered was needed for an upcoming job. Had this company told me a week ago they never had it in stock I would have been able to find it somewhere else.

Turnaround time was fantastic, and although the bulbs ordered were just a hair too long (license plate, I'll use in other cars I have, fog lights fit perfectly) I would use you again!!

Great OEM replacement bulb but some reliability issues.
I have alla leds install on both my dodge vehicles. However, the little red strobe led brake lights keeps burning out. I am on my 4th bulb in less than 2years. Yellow front turn bulbs are flickering. not sure why. Rear brake/turn are not. One of the two led finally burned out on my driver side. waiting for other half to burn out before replacing it.
