I worked with Rose Banks, she was knowledgeable and made me feel very at ease with the process. I did have a bad experience prior with another company, but she assured me that I was making the right steps towards financial freedom. I am excited to be on this path and and I appreciate everything. Let’s hope this stays a positive venture for me.

Great experience with the staff
Never do business with Alleviate Financial. I had an account from six months and they only reached one settlement agreement. I canceled from lack of performance and they took thousands of dollars from my dedicated sayings account as a performance fee. They did nothing, they're a joke.
Mr. Wong with Lendvia was thorough in explaining the debt resolution program to me and although I haven't been with the program very long everything is going swimmingly. 😊 👍
Micheal was a breath of fresh air for me today! My stressed heavy mood became lighter in conversation. He answered all my questions was very upbeat, patient, kind and you could tell that he enjoys his job and takes pride in it. Thank you for making a difficult situation manageable.
