I ordered some Suzuki dirt bike parts and an arctic cat snowmobile part from alpha-sports.com. I was skeptical because of the mediocre reviews, but decided to give it a go. The payment processing took a while, but once they provided a tracking number, I received an email notifying me that my package was on its way. The shipping was really fast and my items arrived ahead of schedule. My only complaint is that the parts were all put in one bag without any labels. Highly recommend, and will buy from again if I need Suzuki dirt bike or arctic cat snowmobile parts.

Wrong Part Delivered, False Fraud Accusation, No Resolution
I ordered two U-joints for my UTV’s, which is clearly documented in my invoice. Instead, Alpha Sports shipped two completely different parts, two yokes that I never ordered and cannot use.When I contacted them, instead of resolving the issue, they falsely claimed that I had ordered the wrong item. Even worse, they accused me of trying to "cheat them out of two items" – an outrageous and defamatory statement against a paying customer.Despite providing evidence and setting a clear deadline for resolution, Alpha Sports has not corrected their mistake, has not provided the correct part, and has not refunded me.This company delivered the wrong product, refused to accept responsibility, insulted the customer, and then went silent. I strongly advise others to avoid doing business with Alpha Sports.

Easy come and easy go. Defenitly.
First I ordered the items I needed and added a wrong shipping address. Understandable my fault.Then I placed the order for a second time and used the correct shipping address, while everything in the card was still on YELLOW.Then a mail came in, saying 3 out of 4 items were not available anymore!!!!! They were in RED!!!!What is there logistic manager doing in a place like that earning his easy money!!!No more Alpha Sports, never!!

Ordered product online and paid by paypal. Was then informed that the price had changed from $93 to $179 and that the product was not in stock and would take several months to obtain. I was asked for more money. I asked instead for a refund and was given a partial refund. Alpha Sports claim they withheld the paypal fees. They were also clearly annoyed that I even called them to follow up. Horrible business!

Wish I could rate a 0. Sent me a part other than what was advertised. Was going to send me the right part when he got one. Waited 2 weeks and nothing. Had to pay to ship the wrong part back to them and got charged a 130 dollar restocking fee. This place is a scam.

Slowest processing and shipping took 3 1/2 months numerous emails started getting attitude from them couldn’t tell me when I was going to receive my part so they would just tell me on mid next month, mid next month. I will not be ordering again from them that I could of mined my own part before they even thought about processing it

Great source of information for ALL Suzuki motorcycle parts!! Diagrams for every bike and part numbers etc. Can't purchase from here but a great place for part numbers.
