Waste of money
Got the five for $150 deal and with an additional coupon came up to $138. It was an impulse buy and I should have sampled first before wasting my money and also looked at reviews that were not on ALT’s site. I’m also skeptical about the Facebook reviews I saw unless I just got a bad batch of product. I had never smelt the original fragrances before so took a chance but figured odds of me liking the scents would be good as the original fragrances are so popular. First off when I received the package you can tell by the picture that some of the product had leaked out. When I brought the package into the house it smelled like a cheap women’s perfume and I was thinking that maybe they mixed up my order. I was also worried that as soon as my wife came back home, I’d have some explaining to do with the cheap perfume smell in the house. When I opened up the package, some of the atomizers were not tightly sealed thus the leakage. The one fragrance I was most excited about based on the description was the dupe of Louis Vuitton’s Imagination which is Reality. That’s the one that had leaked and had a cheap flower smell. I decided to wear it to work thinking maybe it would smell different on my body but all day I couldn’t wait to get back home and take a shower and get the awful scent off of me hoping my coworkers would not smell anything. Throughout the day the smell made me almost want to sneeze! If my coworkers smelled anything they didn’t say anything! Crystal No. 23, which is a dupe of Baccarat smelt like some sort of spice and not in a particularly pleasant way! I actually liked the smells of Executive which is a dupe of Creed Aventus, Atlantic Breeze, which is a dupe of Louis Vuitton Pacific Chill and Farouche which is a dupe of Sauvage. However, none of the fragrances have any lasting power despite me spraying twice the amount I would usually spray with quality colognes. With quality colognes, I can put a shirt through the laundry, and when it comes out the dryer, I can still faintly smell the cologne on the clothing, which is impressive. With these scents despite spraying double the amount I can barely smell anything on me. I’ve tried all the scents throughout the week and have not gotten any compliments from coworkers or my family who I’m in close proximity to cause there’s nothing to smell! The only one that had any kind of lasting smell to it was that awful Reality that stuck to me like a cheap suit during my workday. I’m very curious to know what the original scents smell like but this was a big waste of money for me, but I should’ve known better before splurging. Like I said, unless I got a bad batch of product I am very skeptical about all the positive reviews not only on ALT’s website but on Facebook as well. When I read reviews on Amazon and on Reddit, the feedback is more along the lines of my experience! I’m going to try and get some use out of them by using them as air fresheners for the toilet when someone drops a deuce! Super disappointed and again, a big waste of money!

Made an order it was a mix up
I did make an initial order of two colognes received an order 6 days later which was it in the time frame that was told to me which was great, however it was not my order at all.. I emailed customer service support and had a prompt and timely response and immediately they created a new order for me and sent it out

Their fragrances are always top notch and a lot of them blast longer than the originals I had an issue with one of my bottles leaking out the bottle in the delivery it was replaced immediately after me sending an email I sent a picture although it was not required

Had a delivery issue with my fragrance
Had a delivery issue with my fragrance, when I received the package it was wet from it spilling from the bottle, the agent explained to me why it happened and solved my isssue. I will definitely be ordering from here again because of the high quality customer support!

5 stars! I had a bottle arrive broken during shipping and reached out to ALT Fragrances. They responded quickly and immediately sent a replacement with no hassle at all. Great customer service and good deals but unfortunately part of my order arrived with a bottle mostly empty due to leaking. Upon contacting customer service my issue was immediately resolved with a replacement bottle sent immediately. Super easy to work with and would definitely recommend.

Alt perfumes DUCHESS!!!!!There absolutely amazing. Wonderful customer service. My 1st bottle of DUCHESS PERFUME 30ounce bottle whwn it came the top was half wasnt completely tightened so it was leaking the perfume was inside the packaging. I contacted customer service at ALT they where on it asked for order number and pictures and for me to explain what halpend . After that maybe 8 minutes max they had another order to ship out to me no fees no shipping costs. They fixed verything.. if your wondering if I purchased the same scent oh yes I did because if though I couldn't use it I could smell it and it smelled so good it was insanely amazing. It lingers its not to strong its sweet, flirty, floral, and warm gives u a spring like feeling free. Its absolutely amazing 100%! It showed up yesterday and I have to say in perfect condition. I sprayed it once on my shirt and my husband was iutdoebhe walked in and right away he stopped in tracks said oh my goodness April what is that it smells amazing baby so ladies id be buying this up. Again its called DUCHESS its absolutely worth every dollars..
