The previous night I bought a server, and tried uploading my world I made with my wife (LAN Play). I work a 24/7 on call job. So she can only play when im home. So we played for almost a week and got far in a new world. Didnt want to restart so we got the server so she can access it without me online. From here it all went downhill. I was chatting with the AI bot and it was giving me directions. It felt as if I was making the problem worse. I finally gave up after 4 hours of trying to figure this out. Fast forward to the next day. I jump back in and ask to talk to a human. Bryan got it fixed and my world uploaded within 20 ish mins. The only thing i had to do was provide a generate service pin and he took care of everything else. The only thing i would say could be better about the whole thing is that the response time could have been slightly faster or atleast explain that you are looking into it and for me to patiently wait. other wise 10/10

I get myself into the most crazy things and their support team always gets me out of it. Marco was the most recent victim and I apparently really made a mess of things because he spent quite a while trying to fix it all. but as always, i'm back up and running and the entire thing was smooth and fast.

Flawless and easy. On the rare occasion that something happens yo need help with, like cross-play incompatibilities.... The team are always there to help when you need them and they solve any issues pretty much instantly. Makes it really easy because I have no idea what I'm doing. More pricey than most other hosts but way more user friendly.
Daniel was amazing! I was having issues with my server not connecting and letting me in. Got in touch with support and he helped me immediately get everything fixed in no time! Was very patient the whole time that I was going through to find the correct mods I needed.
