Mr. Marco we're very excellent.
I will refer A+ to other customers. I Sabrina Buford" love the service, everyone is very nice, and respectful. Also every time when I call A plus" someone always answer the phone. They never puts me on hold, they always connect me to the person" who I asked for; which is Mr.Marco" he's always available, if he has a client in the office; he'll state that he will have to call me back" which he always return my calls. Mr.Marco" and the others employees; always Excellent, Polite, Professional, and Respectful.

I’ve been with A+ since May 2019, and my experience has been nothing but positive from day one — all because of one person: Jaqueline (Lakewood Ave location). She is damn good at what she does. Her customer service, professionalism, compassion, and consistency have never wavered in the six years I’ve worked with her. Anytime someone I know needs insurance, I send them straight to Jaqueline. She keeps it real, she listens, and she always makes sure you’re taken care of. I genuinely hope A+ understands how valuable she is, because her level of care and dedication is unmatched. So I wanted to take the time out and leave this detailed review about her profesionalism & customer service to show my appreciation. Becuase she always took the time out to handle my insurance questions. Thank you as always Jaqueline 🌻

Read customer file,dates left in coverage, etc.
The representative should have noticed from my file that I still had coverage left with them. Instead she issued a policy which she then had to cancel. Then issue another one for the future dates of the coverage. Also, the agency fees seem to be steep.

I was so frustrated with the high…
I was so frustrated with the high insurance quotes and I was ready to just sell the car but the company reached out to me and assured me that they would find the cheapest quote and they actually did. They made the sign up easy and sent over all my binders and info to my email. I was insured that day at a cheaper price than ALL the others.
