No response to complaints
We checked in Sept 14th and all was OK , The apartment was as advertized, it was well furnished etc. However there was an issue with one key set that would not allow you to unlock the door from the inside trapping one lady for two hrs , then the security roller blind the front patio windows ( the only light on the main floor ) went down but would not go up so we spent 3 days in the dark and further inconvenience was the knob to turn on the dishwasher was missing !! I called Apartment Barcelona as soon as they opened on the Monday, no one showed up, I called again the next day they sent a repairman who claimed nothing was wrong and left turning on the dishwasher with pliers !! They promised to get back to me with a refund after discussing with there boss !! 3 weeks later NOTHING This ruined a 4 day visit to the amazing city They are totally incompetent and obviously don't give a rats ass DO NOT USE THEM !!!!!~~! One girl on there staff "Nina" was the only good employee they had, she sent me all details of how to get to the apartment
