HATE the website
This is about the website. I like their polishes, but their website is TERRIBLE. Hard to navigate, takes forever to load (and sometimes won't let you click on products). They should also show you example of the nails instead of the bottle as the first picture. The Kiara Sky website is so much better, they should do what they do and include small videos on swiping each color. I also don't think the colors look the same in person at all compared to the website. I can't order from their website anymore since it is so frustrating and I am not sure what the colors will actually look like in person.

I've been using Aprés products for about a year now and the quality of the products are top notch. I recently received a new order that I was excited about. One of the bottles I received was missing the actual polish. My guess is that it was just missed on the line. I emailed customer service and they responded within one minute asking for a photo. I provided said photo and they shipped out a new bottle! From start to finish it took roughly 5 minutes. The service I received from Marilyn and Rachel was fast and helpful. It cemented me as a life-long Aprés customer.

Package arrived missing most of wha I ordered. Reached out to customer service, started a claim, and was told that they conducted an internal investigation and everything should be in my package. Refused to provide any proof at all of this investigation. Claimed to have footage of it being packed but suspiciously couldn't show me that footage for security reasons. Do not buy from this brand because they will commit fraud and then cover it up.

Their shipping sucks, it takes for ever and they can’t do anything about it, my package was somehow in my city the day before it was supposed to be delivered, still didn’t get delivered yet it ended up going back to another state the day of the new delivery day, it’s a huge inconvenience and made me miss out on hundreds of dollars because of rescheduling clients

My shipment got lost
My shipment got lost and they could not resolve the issue in time for a very important occasion. Their customer service is very poor said they could do one thing and didn’t. It does not take much for them to overnight a messed up shipment. My husband works in the shipping industry and can attest to this. I will never recommend or buy from them again.

Best nails I ever used
Best nails I ever used. There is tons of full cover nail tips but none has been up to their quality not even close. They have 00 thumb sizes which no others that I used have had that. Their cuticle is so thin it looks like its growing out .. love them! Also the maker is apres has a line out called "sofgel" nails its softgel without the t. I havent tried them because shipping would gave been $40 to canada but they look like great quality as well. Instead of being "sculpted" or "natural" these nails are flexible and can be used for both.

I've always wanted to try applying gelx at home, but as a novice it's intimidating. I have wanted to order the Après products for a long time. I saw that they had released a novice extend gel, with a more compact texture making application incredibly easy, so I took the plunge. I have absolutely no regrets! First the order was shipped so quickly, I ordered on Tuesday and my order arrived only 3 days later.I had a small situation with UPS and was very pleased with the efficient communication with the customer support team, and the quick resolution of my situation. Thanks to Brenda and Abigail, I really appreciated your help.Finally, the products were carefully wrapped and the packaging of each item gives a luxurious impression. I have just done my very first application, and I am very satisfied with it, the products are of good quality and easy to apply. Perfect all round!

I think what I really appreciated about Apres is having a company that listens. They produce great products, that's why I purchase from them but when I had an issue and emailed them, not only were they fast to respond but also tried to rectify the issue best they could and I appreciated that. I think if more brands did this and realized that ppl are supporting companies that listen and take customer criticism/opinions in account it can only better them.

I’m mistakenly ordered the Extend Gel that wasn’t hema free. I ordered on a Friday night when I realized my mistake. I emailed expecting not to hear back from y’all Until Monday. I got an email back within minutes!! It was so quick I was able to get my order canceled so I could re-order the correct products! Rachel was so sweet and so helpful with the mistake I MADE!
