I wanted to post as the reviews are so polarised and I wasn’t sure whether or not to order from Arena, but in the end I decided to as none of the companies I was looking at had great reviews. I had a brilliant experience, the flowers were delivered on the right day to my mum, were absolutely gorgeous and are still going strong over a week later. No complaints at all!

Worst service....they didn't deliver on timea nd no delivery ...and no response to calls, messages, mails, and no will say that no refund... please don't fall for this fraud...i would have given 0 stars

First class flowers, so fresh !!The delivery service was excellent and the flowers were delivered pristine. My daughter was over the moon to receive them.l will definitely be using Arena flowers again.

Was disappointed to see such bad…
Was disappointed to see such bad reviews on Arena Flowers.Well, I must be one of the lucky recipients of Arena Flowers as this week I received the most beautiful bouquet of flowers. This delivery was packed in a well designed box, suitable for keeping the contents, flowers, and protect them. Can’t fault!

Avoid at all costs
Ordered a bouquet with roses, geraniums and Lillies and what was sent was a bouquet of roses than does not even remotely look similar to what I paid for. Their argument is that they reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions. This is NOT reasonable when the bouquet you send costs much less than the price I paid and does not look ANYTHING similar. I have requested a partial refund that was has been refused (250inr voucher is a joke). Pity they will now lose a regular customer due to their poor service and response.

As reported by ChatGPT/Google, Arena Flowers has satisfied some customers with timely deliveries and quality products, but there is a considerable number of complaints regarding delivery issues, product discrepancies, and customer service challenges. Potential customers may want to consider these mixed reviews when deciding to use their services. The preceding isn’t my personal views but as flagged by ChatGPT? Though I am victim of their unscrupulous business practices?While Trust Pilot is pathetically subjective when mentioning “unusual activity?” And overly dependent on some ‘fuzzy’ software which is trusted beyond all realms of customer transactions/ trust. If your software is potently so accurate and determining, my advice would be: share with law enforcement agencies around the world so they can nab all ‘scammers and bad guys’ by mere application of again fuzzy algorithms? Trust pilot would do a world of good to the human world where most are honest and good people and not try to shield irresponsible companies like Ferns and Petal that’s out scamming gullible people like me. Unless, of course Trust Pilot is being compensated to spew untruths and falsehood. For Trust Pilot, money talks and they are ready to bend over backwards for unscrupulous companies like Arena Flowers. Paying public you have been warned against dealing with Arena Flowers and more importantly Trust Pilot that purportedly specializes in ambiguous algorithms? Google you especially be aware? This is a fake flower delivery company. They do not pick up your call. There is no tracking mechanism. There is no time-bound delivery. Pathetic service. I requested to cancel my order as the scheduled time maximum 2.00 PM was shifted to 5.00 PM. Please save your money and peace of mind by NOT ordering from this site.

This is a fake website. They accept calls & messages until order is placed and then ghost you. I called several times on both the numbers on the website, sent an email on the mentioned ID, but received no response. Eventually the order did not get delivered but I got an email from them confirming delivery. This website should be reported & blocked. They are conning customers.

WILL NOT USE AGAIN :( Spent significant amount for a bouquet for my mums birthday - small print said deliver 8-6pm !!!! 6.10pm still not delivered - called and was told it was on website re delivery times - that they are around 15 minutes away - no compensation.Spoilt birthday surprise but have finally arrived at 6.35 pm !

poor in every way
Wish I had read the reviews before placing an order. Placed an order for same day delivery of flowers for Father's Day. More than 7 hours have passed since the order confirmation and their is no news on the delivery. They do not respond to emails, chat messages or pick up their phone. Stay away people.

Pathetic service
Please do not order from this site. This is the second time they have messed up my delivery. The first time they didn't deliver the cake i paid for and kept the money in my account. To use it up, I ordered flowers and a teddy from them again. The flowers were wilted and the teddy bear didn't get delivered.

Excellent Customer Services response after raising an issue with a damaged delivery. A replacement sent to a delighted daughter. Blame for the broken stems apportioned to Yodel. I would not hesitate to use Arena Flowers again.

I had ordered white Rajnigandha flowers from the website for my mother’s birthday for the morning slot and Arena delivered some other random white flowers at 8 PM. No explanation - no comment, and when I raised a complaint, they said that “they are well within their right to substitute flowers based on availability “. What the hell? What sense does that make?!!

Outstanding subscription flowers
I ordered a three month subscription for my Mother. I couldn’t be more delighted with what she received. The flowers have all been delivered on time, in impressive packaging, plentiful stems and great quality. Month 1 - lisianthus that lasted over three weeks, Month 2 - yellow roses that lasted over two weeks, Month 3 - late season peonies, most of which lasted almost two weeks. When I contacted Customer Services to let them know about the three blooms that died within days, they couldn’t have been more apologetic, and sent a complimentary box. These were the most beautiful campanula and were outstanding. I’ve also ordered four separate deliveries for friends which have been good quality as well. Great rewards scheme and good ethics. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Money poured down the drain
Ordered flowers for my husband on Valentine's day with the belief that they will be delivered on the same day i.e. 14th Feb because that's what the site said "Same day delivery". On 15th Feb the customer care tells me that somewhere in micromini size text it was written on the billing page that the flowers will get delivered in 2 business days. After that, they tell me that they have delivered the flowers to my address which I never received. On multiple follow-ups and asking for refund they partially refund my money(No idea as to why only partial when they couldn't even deliver the order at all) in the form of Arena flowers gift card which implies I will have to order again from this unprofessional website and pay more money to use whatever money of MINE they have refunded which I can never even dream of so eventually, my 700 Rs went completely down the drain.

Do not order flowers from this company. My friend sent me the Summer garden hand tied flowers for 79 pounds. I cannot tell her how dead they looked on arrival it was like receiving a bunch of weeds. I feel so sorry for her she spent so much money. I would not even give them 1 star

No response to order status email so far
I have ordered flowers for the 30th of May and due to lockdown restrictions I have emailed them asking whether they will actually deliver the flower since they were quite expensive and I don’t want any delay. They haven’t even responded to my email and I think they have cheated me fully. I don’t think I’ll be getting the flowers or a refund as well seeing the reviews about the site here. I completely regret buying flowers from this site and I request all others to not use it as well since they won’t respond to you at all. If you’re reading this arena flowers pls deliver my flowers on 30th May as ordered or issue me a refund. If I don’t get a refund I’ll be filing a case against your site for the inconvenience caused by you. Atleast have the courtesy to respond to my email and let me know the status of the order rather than keeping me in the dark.
