The time is running on the mirror, since the installation, so I have to reset every 2 weeks. The LED is gone after 3 years. So make no lights.I think a mirror should last longer. Its insane to buy new one 2-3 year. However this company is ignoring complaints.
I ordered an LED lit bathroom mirror with demister for £348 but didn't take it completely out of the packaging until 40 days after receipt as the tiler was delayed. When fully unpacked there was a chip on the corner of the mirror which Artforma say I needed to report before 30 days for them to deal with. I know I should have unpacked, reported and repacked so this is more of a warning that if you buy a mirror from them 1) it may arrive chipped and 2) completely unpack the mirror when it arrives so you can report any damage in time.
