I just signed up with them

I just signed up with them, received a great deal on their setup. They built my website in about two weeks, their tech support is quick and friendly, and I look forward to seeing the next steps they are doing for me.

Live agent help on a weekend

I was able to talk to a live agent on a Sunday, which was unexpected, and he was able to figure out my problem!

UK please take note before purchasing.

You create, we do all the technical stuff that makes it sell’ actually isn’t true if you live in the UK. The saleman Brian was lovely, but he never informed me that once my website was set up, nobody in their right mind would be buying anything from the UK as the international shipping costs would be too extortionate. The website I purchased ready for the set up ended in ‘co.uk and the IT helper never mentioned a thing during my 2nd meeting. It wasn’t until I went live, and my friends tried to order my Art that they had to inform me it was totally impossible. I then tried to order myself a tote bag for myself only to discover the bag cost $23 the shipping was $38!So in my next meeting I addressed the issue only to be informed I would have to find my OWN printers in the UK. I went back to Brian who said I would ‘simply’ have to ask someone in their facebook community, strange, I wasn’t even shown how to join this private group, but the prospect of finding my own printers was one thing, but the task of setting up the prices for every individual size and type of print sent me into overdrive. I then became quite angry as Brian said ‘yes we can fulfil deliveries to the UK’ but in reality this isn’t true at all. When I asked for a refund all phone calls stopped and emails ceased. Until they find their own UK printers, I would not buy this product if you reside in the UK. It’s been very stressful to say the least. They also knew I was just starting out, and I was sick, now my illness is worse due to the stress caused. I bought their product to remove the stress of a website build, their moto is ‘sit back and we’ll do the rest’ apparently this is not quite true, unless I move to America.

Empty Calendar

There was a technical glitch that was resolved by the team. I conversed back and forth with the team member who was very patient and helpful with this issue as well as walking me through how to properly use the co-pilot calendar while explaining what they an and can’t do. Very helpful and as always ASF fixed the issue!

terrific intro set up by the company…

terrific intro set up by the company representative. One full hour of transferring my domain, Stripe and PayPal to my new website that was already designed by him. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw it. I didn't have to do anything except provide info and access. Very personable and clear on what he was doing. The follow up email has so much information and links that I haven't tackled it yet. The help site is forever and since I'm not well physically, I will probably use it, they are able to handle every function for me if I want. I feel very hopeful and even my husband is impressed. Kudos.

Bogdan, and the other folks offer great insights into what we, as artists are doing! it is helpful to the artists as well as the staff to provide give and take; conversations are what gets solutions; this is not something that occurs right away , necessarily, but over time. The process is worth it.

Professional, Thorough and Helpful

Expertise help appreciated

I really appreciated the help, understanding and patience shown by the technical advisor as I encountered some technical difficulties with my laptop. It was a great moment when my website was finally launched. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because I had to request the advisor to repeat himself because sometimes I had difficulty understanding his accent. Otherwise, he was extremely good and I was very grateful for his expertise as I could not have launched my website without him.
