Our driver, Allen, was the best. He was patient, informative, prompt, and an excellent driver for our group of middle school and high school students, parents, and group leaders as we toured Washington DC this week. We would love to have him again.
Our lovely bus driver was Vincent Williams. He always had the bus ready and warm when we needed it. He was a great driver and a great person!

DO NOT HIRE! Poor customer service from the start, then the bus crashed on our wedding night and our parents missed the last two hours of the reception dealing with it and driving guests home themselves. Management team on the emergency line hung up on us after the crash and never called back. I've reached out multiple times via phone and email and no one has returned our call or offered up any apology. I'm still devastated that our wedding night turned into such a fiasco because of the terrible service from this team. The drivers were lovely but management is just AWFUL.
Giving two stars because the drivers were always courteous. Used this company to get spring sports teams to their games. Had very specific departure times and pick up locations. Buses were late 50% of the time. Drivers never answered their cell phones and the company was unresponsive to the recurring issue. Excuses were always about having to find a last minute driver or the bus they had scheduled had mechanical issues. Regardless, never a phone call letting us know about any delays or reassuring us the a bus was in fact on the way. Final straw was when the bus never arrived to take one of our teams to the conference championship. Again, no communication from the driver or the company until after we had to find alternative transport. Then it was ‘oh, the driver read the ticket wrong’. If reliability isn’t an issue, the drivers are nice.
Our first bus charter to Atlantic City was good, however, the bus was old, the radio did not work. I was told they had newer buses when I first made our reservation. Our driver was good.
Our driver Steve was fantastic, great personality his driving was great. The company worked with our trip without any hassles. Will absolutely use them again
