Complete rip off Allen wise lies over and over again sends false tracking numbers lies about when equptment is or will be sent than when it arrives it's not even the equiptment agreed upon real joke of a company Allen needs.to.crawl back under the rock which he came and yes I have all emails to prove everything I've stated for whoever wants them contact me at Housecall Automotive in defuniak springs Florida he even promised to fix things than never returned calls just more lies steer clear of this rip off company

Very bad experience
Very bad experience. Let's being with the AutoEquipment Depot: order placed back in March of 2016 - two years on and still missing BlueBird Air Hose Reel. The total cost of the order was $6,200. Monthly payment were supposed to be $360, went up to $420 and included additional insurance, taxes etc, ridiculous. Had to install my own lift, don't trust their promises. And, do shop around, there are better deals out there.

5 months to deliver equipment and it …
5 months to deliver equipment and it was supposed to go to the installers but I get a phone call at home the equipment shows up at my shop now I'm frantically racing to rent a fork lift to unload because the didn't have a way to install so now I rented a forklift hired a flatbed company to transport the forklift and I'm still fighting with them because they tied to charge me for 5 months that I didn't even have the equipment then they give me a $250 credit so I ordered a few screw jacks and a oil catch can and two other pieces and a year later I still haven't received the the tools I order with the credit and the head honcho won't answer my calls as it was him who gave me the credit but that's ok my attorney is locked and loaded REAL BAD EXPERIENCE and thanks again for the credit due to the 5 month wait that was i wasn't notified I was approved for the financing so according to the finance company I was 5 mi the late in payments so now we're gonna do the court deal soon sincerely PERFECT SHINE AUTO

Terrible!
Bad, bad experience. Won't answer the phone, took over 2 months to get equipment. The whole process was terrible. They change their website and close Facebook pages and try and erase bad reviews so customers won't read about it. Eventually, this review may disappear, if so, I will post again. Do your research, buy elsewhere. I wish I did.

Didn't send all equipment
Ordered a tire machine, balancer and weight set. Got tire machine and balancer but no weights. I have called several times and sent emails but no response and out 200$. Other than that great products.

Ordered lift a a few other things on Dec 7th here it is March 15th still ant got my stuff but making payments on it can't get a hold of anyone want return your call or email I got me a lawyer and going to sue them please don't buy from them if got to pick up date but no tracking# or location one was for January 9th other was January28 th

in October 2016 ordered a tire machine a balancer and an air compressor. The tire machine I specifically needed because I work on cars that have run-flat tires only so I need a machine that has the assist because those tires are very tough to mount so I know what machine I needed to order and they sent me a machine that isn't what I ordered and is charging me the prices on the good stuff and sent me crap and won't return my phone call hasn't called me since I receive the equipment but they charge me the money every month for a machine I didn't want. My payment amount was dictated off of that expensive machine that I wanted and I didn't receive but yet I am paying on

Buying a car lift.
They suck !!!!!!! They first gave me a great deal on a lift. Then they called me to up grade my lift. They said they would charge me the same price. To find out through there web site that is was a different lift and it cost 330.00 dollars less. Tried calling them and E-mailed the web site and E-mailed the guy that sold me the lift for 3 weeks straight. with no response .Even called the company and the guy that sold me it. Not happy at all. DON"T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM !!!!!

Very very slow delivery
It took me over 3 months to receive half of my order and the other half is still hasn't came and I ordered that particular tire changer and balancer on November 7th of 2016 this is March 10th or so of 2017 so I'm not giving him a good recommendation and I still haven't gotten my tire checked my tire balancer as of yet so it's been over 4 months

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! placed an order on Dec 20th! and it was a lift and accessories.. they said it was going to be shipped and I would receive an email... nothing after two weeks.. called and got people.. pushed around and lied to.. it will be shipped they said a million times.. talked with the so called owner Alan.. he ensured us it would be shipped.. nothing.. we called daily many times! got no one! or was put on hold and sent straight to voicemail.. they said if you emailed them they would get it quicker.. we did.. and received NOTHING BACK! not a company to deal with do NOT WAIST YOUR TIME>. we are still dealing with issues of getting our money back! due to him saying that he could not forfill the order.. lies and lies..WE have contacted the BBB PLEASE ORDER SOMEWHERE ELSE! this has been a headache and were 2 months out!

It was a good experience for the most part, it's hard to get through to them and talk to someone and all my emails from them went to my spam as I later found out so at the time I was frustrated about not hearing back from them which wasn't the case apparently. So if you order from them and try to communicate with them by email make sure you check your spam, might be very helpful to you. I'm happy with my purchase and would use them again

We have a really bad experience. We have ordered a car lift in September and this is now middle of February and still don't have our order yet.. I have called and emailed them numerous times. On their web site they have a guaranty that they will email back in 24 hours. They have failed to do that also." I would call that false advertisement." If this is how they do business, they shouldn't be in business at all. I would think they would loose money from customers filing a law suit against them. I always say what comes around goes around. Nothing worse than a liar and a thief.

While Auto Equipment Depot's price was the lowest I could find, it took them three months just to release my order to the equipment manufacturer. Nearly four months after placing my order, I finally received my product. They advertised that I could "start using the equipment before making the first payment" but I'd already made three payments by the time the product shipped. Also, their financier (Time Payment Corp) charges a monthly "insurance" fee even though I've provided their required documentation to waive the fee (also keep in mind that the lift was not even in my possession for the first three months of the term... I was insuring a lift that I didn't even have!). In the future, I will pay a couple bucks extra and order from a different auto equipment distributor. Also, after I finally received the product, it was missing some accessories that I paid extra for... still working with Auto Equipment Depot to get that resolved. The only comforting thing so far is that I at least received the main product and can start using it finally.Update: I STILL have not received the missing parts... no response after multiple attempts to reach anyone at the company! Stay away or you'll lose money like I have!

Worst experience I've ever had with any company in my life. Nice looking website, but that's all it is. Let's just get right to the point here, I placed a order back on 10/26/16 It is now 1/25/17. I call this place daily to find out any kind of information and I never get to speak to a real person. I leave messages and never get a call back. I have disputed the charges with financing, They put my account on hold 3 days right after they told me it would be shipped, Also left multiple messages, said it will be shipped after the dispute is removed, dispute is removed and it has been 3 weeks now and the lift is still on hold. I call they pick up the phone and hang up. The last phone calls I have made to this place was to cancel my order, come to find out that's even hard to do.. I can't afford to wait another 3 months. This will be the 2nd dispute I have made about this company. THIS IS MY SECOND REVIEW DUE TO THEM REPORTING MY FIRST ONE, Sadly they have time to check reviews online but not respond back to customers.

Please don't waste your time, placed order 11/16/16 , Lease company paid them 11/17/16 , it's now 1/28/17 and still don't have tire machine and wheel balancer that they said would be delivered in two weeks. They don't return phone calls or e-mails and when / if they answer the phone they put you on hold and then just kick it to voice mail in hopes you will go away. After more than 35 years in the automotive service business, by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have finally given up and am having the lease company (who have been very helpful) try and get their money back so I can get the equipment else where . Don' know if they are just INCOMPETENT or just thieves . MY recommendation is stay away!!!

I order this lift on oct 10 2016, L can,t tell you how many times I have called and if they did answer gave onley we have no up dates , with on fact, it,s over 90 days now and they still say sorry no up date today , I have lost so much work , with no help , and money, lets talk about that,, ask for two payments of about 350.00 dollars up front, and 12 mo. for the rest I payed up front plus two payments and there is no lift! get lift before you start paying for it,,oh also emailing manager with no answer, do not buy anything from them, I will never use this company , did get one call last week give a call and we will fix this ,, I did , got a voice mail , no returns

u call the 1 888 990 1786 number all u get is automated bullcrap i have called about 5 times daily with no responce in all this time i have talked to a salesmen and a young lady.talked to a guy who gave me a little run around i asked to talked managment the guy transfered me to alen wise who promised me he would send me his direct e-mail and he would personly handle my problem bet u can guess the outcome just look at most of the post here i fell in the boat with the rest of the POed people who have been given a big line of crap with the price being so good i sure wished that i was getting a better reply from the folks but guess u live and learn huh
