Missing items and refused to send
Order was delivered and missing an item, but the item was listed on the packing sheet for the parcel. Emailed them, heard nothing for almost two weeks and followed up. They refunded the item despite it still being listed on the online store for 3 times the sale price. They have refused to provide the item and when asked to explain why they can't provide a stocked item they've provided some nonsense about their volume of orders and stock movements. They are dishonest, disorganised and I refuse to shop with them anymore. Their only compensation offered is free shipping for the next purchase, they must be kidding.

Disappointed
Purchased sale items including a shrug and a dress that were to be worn together. Parcel arrived with no dress. The shrug is no good to me without the dress so I wrote to them explaining that I wanted the dress. They then refunded the money for the dress, however they still have the dress on sale for triple the price. I find this very shady and poor form and won’t be buying from them again.

Completely incompetent or deliberate scam?
I really think this company is a scam. I foolishly tried to order again. As on previous orders nothing supplied, automated emails, no reponse to replies. Their business is to take your money and hope you give up following up on your order.

Stay away from the Autograph Store
Stay away from the Autograph Store. I bought 3000 dollars worth of stuff. Some came back Bad I got some money back but I’m owed more and they won’t send it. Stay far Away. The stuff I sent back is up for auction again. I will continue to send reviews There is No Such Store or Address

I have been waiting for a refund for…
I have been waiting for a refund for weeks. I bought a dress and sent it back immediately - I paid on Zippay and have already paid it off BEFORE the refund! I’ve had this trouble before with Beme - same group. Why I bought something again I do not know. Be warned you’ll be lucky to get a refund at all.I’m still waiting- shame I have to give even one star.

I received some signed photos by mail
I received some signed photos by mail. Unfortunately, they were damaged. It was clear that this had happened before dispatch.I have now written to the company many times asking for a solution.Unfortunately, they choose to ignore my inquiries.It has to be said that they provide lifetime garanti. How it works in practice is therefore uncertain.

I’m very cautious when purchasing…
I’m very cautious when purchasing anything online so when I purchased some Star Wars autographs I sent them to PSA to be certified and they were returned as legit, so im very happy with the purchase.
