Excellent, fast and quality products
Badge express has quality products in a wide range of choices. They always ship very quickly and usually accurately. My only complaint is on my last order. I ordered "red" lanyards and was shipped "black". We had to return and reorder to meet our needs. Badge Express did the return and reissue in a timely manner. We will definitely will use Badge Express again and again.

Slow to ship my order (7 days)
Placed order on 9/23/15; didn't ship until 9/29/15. Really needed it here by 9/30/15 for event. Other vendors ship and receive within 5 days.

Shannon Knapp - Security Card replacements
I contacted Shannon Knapp at Badge Express to inquire about pricing for our Security Cards. Shannon is knowledgeable and her quick response was just what I needed. Although on my initial call I did not place my order, Shannon sent me a quote with 2 prices and was quick to point out that one was a NAME brand while the other was not. This was great to see, gave me the option of which card to chose. I am in Canada so ordering for the US costs our company extra dollars in exchange, Shannon was able to supply us with cards and save money at the same time. I have already been recommending your company to all the people I know that use these security cards. I placed my order the next day and shipping happened 2 days later. Best headache free service I've had in ages!!! Thank you Shannon Knapp.

Troy Knapp is a SUPERSTAR at Badge Express!!!
This is our company's first experience with Badge Express and all we can do is RAVE about their outstanding customer service. Troy took several extra steps to make sure our proximity key fobs worked properly in our security system. He ordered prototypes for us to test to make sure the fobs were properly coded to our satisfaction. AWESOME JOB, TROY!!!! We will continue to partner with Badge Express in the future.

Excellent service, above and beyond what I expected!
I went looking for competitive prices for new access control badges for our company and I was so surprised at much cheaper Badge Express was on their pricing. However it goes beyond the pricing as they were super fast on the delivery and Troy was excellent in walking me through the areas that i was unfamiliar with in regards to badge technology. Even after the sale, i called him up and he clearly explained an answer for me that actually had nothing to do with this purchase. And beyond badges, he was able to offer me printer film well below what i was being quoted from our other vendors. Very pleased and will continue to purchase all our badging necessities from Badge Express.

Easy and cost effective
I have been using Badge Express for for the past five years. I mainly order badges, holders and lanyards. The order process is easy, B. E. keeps track of my site code and last number used so I get the right badges that I need that are cost effective. I get a few e-mails through out the year with suggested products or new items but not too many that I start deleting them as soon as I get them. So over all I am pleased with the service I get.
