This company is a scam. They pretended to be associated with Barnes and Noble, a self-publishing platform. They supposedly designed a cover for the book, proofread the book, and completed the corrections for three months, from September to December 2025. Then they said the book would be ready for publication once I purchased 2 ISBNs from them. Then they disappeared. I was unable to contact anyone using all of the contact information that I had.

They act like scammers and turns out they don’t even print books after all the work you could go through. All I did was inquire about their services and I was spammed by multiple numbers. I asked repeatedly to get taken off their contacting list. After the last time I had told someone this, they responded “you’re the one who is broke and wants to be an author?” Then, after trying to speak to customer service on their website to leave a review or report their behavior, I was given more horrible treatment by the chat agent. They told me I was somehow “not telling the truth” and couldn’t even type in proper English.
