I've been all over these different…
I've been all over these different places like Terros and LifeWell and they are good places but Bayless is by far the best place for mental health needs. They got me in so fast and easy when I called while Terros and Life well had waiting lists for Acchs members (which seems strange to me since pretty sure that's who makes up like 90% of their clients lol) but anyways and haven't met one staff member yet I didn't like. All are very nice and caring. The intake process was smooth and not too long and the girl doing it was great. Then they even were able to fit me in for my medication appt the same day right after which NEVER happens. They also put me on the waiting list for one on one counseling which only took about 2 weeks till was contacted by my counselor Kim that I now see once a week and is amazing! I'm also going to switch my primary care doctor to three so is a one stop shop. I love all the way out in Surprise of 152nd avenue and Waddell (Thunderbird) and don't mind making the drive to come here for services one but. Or can get an insurance cab ride too of course! Its totally worth it for sure. I will never go anywhere else!

I think the provider and staff are…
I think the provider and staff are awesome. Sometimes there is a wait and that's because some patients may have more severe problems then expected. The provider always fully listens to me and address all of my concerns.

Hi I am a new patient and I have been treated very professional at my appts. Nette and Riann at the Columbus location is such a intelligent and professional employee and so is Nette. I have grown to love these ladies thy have been so nice to me at every visit. Pat

Had to wait 50mins
Had to wait 50mins. on top of the 15mins. I was early (as requested). No one told me there may be a long wait. I had to ask after a half hour...and then had to ask again.... My advice...Bring a sack lunch with you.

I have nothing but praise for Bayless…
I have nothing but praise for Bayless and especially Dr. Whitlock. All the staff is always friendly and personable.Dr. Whitlock is intelligent, witty and well-rounded. I've never had a doctor be as knowledgeable and kind and authentically caring. She is a true treasure to this organization. I've happily recommended my family and other friends.

Bayless is the best
Bayless is the best place to go for therapy and help. They are always patient and polite and show that they really care about you and you getting better. I wouldn't go anywhere else. You will be very happy if you chose them.lots of programs and suggestions that are truly tapered to you personally. I love the staff at Bayless and you will too : - ).

Excellent care
The level of care and professionalism shown by my son's therapist and doctor is very high. The office assistants are courteous and efficient. I would recommend the people at Bayless without reservation!

Dr. Andrea Raby, 3rd St. Healthcare Location
Dr. Andrea Raby is an exceptional psychiatrist. She is very responsive and caring. She is an expert in her profession. She deserves 5+ stars.The facility where she has to practice on 3rd St. is HORRIBLE. I schedule my appointments so I am first in her day because of the low-functioning patients, drama, and uncontrolled behavior that occurs in the waiting room. It should be rated as poor.

Dr Raby listened, asked good questions, and provided needed help. I live in an underserved area of the state, and it was worth the 3 hour drive to receive excellent care unavailable in my area.

I've had Bayless for a little while now …
I've had Bayless for a little while now and I could not ask for better service and Drs. I feel they do listen and I am comfertable talking to them about anything having to do with my health. Very nice and helpful staff of medical experts. I would honestly recommend them to anyone.

My therapist is exceptional and the service is very professional. My experience with Bayless is so much better than Terros. I recommend Bayless to anyone that needs help with therapy and or medication. Also in Oct. Bayless is starting up some sort of Drug counseling group. I will be attending this program and very pleased that they are expanding their services. Thank you Bayless. James Scarano
