**Customer service is shocking,* Not only was the delivery time changing every 15 mins, so was going to get delivered over 1.5 hours then it's original delivery time. The driver must of accepted the order end gone back to sleep! They said they would not refund me as the driver has accepted the job, and I will have to pay full price if order! Never again will I order from these crooks!
Hi every one I have used beefelivery several times so I will comment on this when you buy items they are a lot more costly than shop prices which is ok just eat do this to pay for free delivery over 15 pounds ect it’s about 20 % max added on I no this I use them all the time but beedelivery add a lot more inflated prices also delivery fees. And a little bit for several things. Say u spend 20 pounds minuim amount order you pay aprox 8- pounds on fees and this is for 7-8 pm order if you order through night or early hours there’s more fees late night ect so you pay a lot more for goods than just eat double and still fees to deliver keep away so expensive.
You get what you pay for. I wanted a bottle of vodka early hours without moving off my couch. Taraa delivered and yes expensive but I didn't do anything to get it. If you want butler service put up and shut up c

Terrible company. Total rip off for the prices they charge and the drivers get paid a pittance. Do not repeat go near them. Companies like this should not be allowed. I was charged over £60.00 the driver showed me the Tesco receipt and it came to just over £23.00. The driver was only being paid £5.00. Stay away from them. Ripping off vulnerable people.
Terrible service don’t use them, delivery time rubbish and if you want to cancel the order they don’t reply until the driver is getting your order and then they sat they are going to charge you for the order. Terrible service
Absolutely rip off! Offer free delivery then add additional charges to wipe any 'apparent savings' out.Say they will deliver in a certain time, after waiting sometime you track the order only to see a driver hasn't even picked up the order or been assigned. Then...there is a note to say maybe if you offer the driver a tip you might get some service! Companies like this shouldn't be allowed
Literally desperate for a tub of butter for my children's breakfast and packed lunch in the morning. I am house bound with no transport and no shops within walking distance. All online supermarket delivery slots were unavailable, so I was pretty much stuck. I tried everywhere. A Google search brought up Bee Delivery, the only place I could find that would deliver before the morning. Minimum order value was £15, so I added bagels, crumpets, sausages, Kitkats, Cadbury chocolate bar as well as small tub of clover. Delivery slot given was from 9.30pm. It was eventually delivered at 10.30pm in a tesco bag. Upon checking tesco prices the total cost was £11.40. Yet all in, delivery, service charge etc, I had paid £22. All products have hiked up prices.I would never use this delivery service again. Only paid so much out of sheer desperation.
Paid a tip and £10 delivery they were a hour late failed to deliver to correct address and then blocked me Steer clear guys
Very poor service. They couldn't find a driver to deliver within Salisbury area. Offered possible 3 hour delivery time but failed that. Gave up in end. USELESS
Not recommended paid £25.00+ for no delivery 🚚 except excuses and no refund avoid this awful outfit
The prices are higher than if I was to walk into a shop, however it’s like being at an airport or a service station. If you need something when stores are closed you will pay higher. They have delivered to me late at night, being in a small town these drivers are usually travelling 30 mins or so to get the items and deliver them to me. The tracking service gives you an estimated best and worst-case scenario of the timeframe they will be delivered. There has been occasions where I have cancelled an order as there was a potential it would take too long, each time I got a full refund. For delivery’s I have gone ahead with I’ve been pleased with. The drivers have been very polite and will go out of their way to get the items you’ve requested and provide sensible substitutions where items are not available. The delivery time has recently been quickly received. Whilst the prices may be higher, If ordering outside of usual delivery times I would certainly recommend this company. If you are also in a location where their competitors wont deliver to I would recommend using them. The live chat option is also very useful and seems to be available late at night or even through to early hours of the morning!
They have just robbed me ov 50 pound literally 6 hours ago … still waiting for my delivery … they have took the money … luckily my best friend is a police officer so have reported them for theft …
No drivers. No way you will get a delivery in under an hour. Probably never. Awful.
Advertise they can get an item the driver hasn’t moved for 30mins so cancelled as delivery time kept getting extended. Rubbish will never use again

TERRIBLE PLEASE DO NOT USE.Wish I could leave 0 starsI bought 4 items including a 2 pint carton of milk..only the milk In stock so I paid £7.50 for 2 pints of milk. No option to cancel if your items if not in stock.I can't see this company lasting long..People can't afford to be ripped off. The government needs to clamp down on cowboy companies like this one.AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
Terrible terrible service. Tried them as I have a broken ankle so can’t get out to the shop - they took the payment and then had to cancel the order as ‘no driver accepted it’ and then it took 5 days to get my money back and so I had to borrow some money to actually eat that week
The order was just given to us in a crumpled Tesco bag. Driver did not ask for pin.Two of the items were wrong. I am allergic to one of the items and was not notified of the change. There was no box to signify being happy for substitutions when I made the order via the app, similar to how there is no chat button. However, we have been charged for all substituted items despite complaints.Customer support have been entirely unhelpful. There is no live chat button and when I attempted to call I had the call ended twice. When they did get back to us, they replied that I had agreed to the substitutions despite never having agreed as I had used the app.Save your money and just use Uber or walk to the shop.
