I ordered my jersey Feb 3 and it’s Mar 4, tracking information indicates label was created Feb 3rd but it’s still in the same status. I sent an email inquiring as to an update and their response was wait till March 10th? So I’m pretty convinced this is a scam. Not a trustworthy company.
Horrible shipping and customer service. They claim it takes over a month to ship something from the East Coast to the West Coast. Nothing takes the that long. Crappy company and no information on my shipment.
Biggsports ghosted me. I purchased the Washington Capitals art glass Christmas ornament for my wife who is a HUGE Capitals fan. Early Dec 2025. Time went on, no shipping status. The sent me an email saying my refund was being processed. What? The item was and is still available on their web site and can be placed in your cart. I called customer service and left a detailed voice mail (my only option). No response. I emailed their customer support. No response. They ghosted me and there is no way to contact them. Not happy!
I ordered some gifts for my friend for Christmas on Nov 24 with expediated shipping. Today is Dec 4 and there is no email about my order and no human at customer service just prompting to email team which I did several times with no response. Stay away from this company.
I ordered a wallet January 21 2025 paid for 2 day shipping, 9 phone calls straight to a voicemail, multiple emails to their customer support team. No response. Buyer beware. It’s now March 7 nothing yet
