I have been using one of their pancake holsters for years and can not say more than awesome. I had lost a screw on my mag holder nd emailed them asking if they sold them. They sent me a couple of replacements for free and an apology for the issue. That was years ago. Always excellent service and quality products that I use and abuse on a daily basis. Highly recommend
I’ve been a firearms instructor for over 35 years traveling across the US providing instruction to .mil, LE, Security, and the general public. BlackDog OWB holsters are all I use. Last Friday, I decided that I needed a holster for a gun I rarely carry as a primary, so I ordered one. Let me add that I only use 15deg cant and BlackDog is one of the few companies that offer 0-10-15 cants. I also asked in the comments to make it open muzzle. Sunday, I received the order complete email. It shipped Monday and since I’m also in PA, I got the holster on Tuesday. It is, like the others, perfect.Most holsters I’ve tried require a dremel modification to ensure a proper master firing grip - not with BlackDog - open the package, put it on your belt, and go.I’ll add that the design of the holster ensures it stays put and conceals extremely well.
Do not buy this holster. I bought one of their holsters and the screws kept coming lose. I'd tighten them when I'd notice it but eventually screws began to fall off the holster! Now, the holster is not usable because most of the screws have fallen out. When I inquired for them to simply mail me more screws (they should have mailed a new holster), I was told I should "put a drop of blue Loctite thread locker on each screw and tighten down to keep your screws tight. You can find hardware kits on the website for purchase..." Why would I have to buy a kit from them to fix their faulty product? Truly unbelievable.
I have never, Never, NEVER been disappointed with one of their holsters. I have tried other big name brands and Black Dog Concealment is by far the best. Their customer service and communication is outstanding also.

This was my first time ordering from Black Dog Concealment. Was one of the few companies that made a light bearing holster for our particular firearms. Very happy with the whole process from start to finish. Ordered two holsters. The first one was for a friends first firearm and when I received it I liked everything about it so I ordered one for myself the next day even though I didn't need another holster.The service was GREAT, the quality and the fit of both holsters was GREAT as well. From the time that I placed both orders I received both orders in a little over a week. The best thing about our holsters was that it was made in the U.S.A. no chinese CRAP. Keep up the GREAT work. Will be back.Thanks Black Dog for the GREAT experience from start to finish. Will get back to you later after both of us have worn them for a while.

The Holster is working out fantastic. I swapped the belt loop out to a utiliclip and now and I love it. Has made carrying my XD mod 2 45acp a dream everyday and conceals the pistol completely with the addition of the wing. Great job and will continue to look for holsters for any new edc guns I end up with.
