I just wanted to thank you sincerely for your assistance during my solo umrah journey. From visa consultancy to accommodation in Makkah and Madinah, everything was beyond my expectations. I truly appreciate the support provided throughout my first solo umrah trip.

Blissfull Umrah Houston Texas scammed me and 4 travelers 19 March 2025 Umrah. We booked full stay in Makkah for Ramadan only received 10 nights. We paid in full for Madina and never received any hotel for Madina. We also paid for transport in full only received shuttle from Jeddah to Makkah. Guys be alert they should be investigated for fraud.
I was planning to book everything online but didn't have time to do R&D, then I chose to book from Blissful and I am so so happy that I did it. My experience has been amazing, from flights to stay and transport, everything was top-notch. Their agent Sister Mona was a very professional and curteous lady, she helped us a lot with the Umrah customs and dos and don'ts. Hunder percent recommended.
Everything went smooth Alhamdulilah. I was taking my 68 years old mother with me and was every much concerned about the expected glitches, but there were none Alhamdulilah. The accomodation, transportation team and sight seens, everything was perfect. I recommend them, and a special shout out to brother Omar for his keen assistance.

The trip proceeded smoothly from beginning to end and everything was well planned. The entire experience was made comfortable and worry free by the team's constant responsiveness and assitance.
I want to share my experience to help others avoid falling into the same trap.This company has no real office and runs entirely through Facebook and WhatsApp. You never know who you’re actually speaking to, and once they receive your money, their promises disappear.They charge for high-end hotels but provided much cheaper accommodation. In one case, two friends were promised Grand Emaar and Concord hotels for a February trip, paid months in advance, but were given basic rooms at Kiswa Towers with no refunds. They even pretended to be a hotel allotment company to falsely confirm the booking, only to later apologise, promising a visit from their “CEO” – which of course never happened.They heavily rely on fake, AI-generated reviews and fake accounts to boost their online image. Please check their Instagram and Facebook pages carefully – the likes and comments are not genuine.They also make strange claims like offering “express check-in,” supposedly allowing check-in and check-out at any time – something no reputable Umrah operator promises, which raised my suspicions.From what we gathered, it seems the operation is mainly run by two individuals, possibly under different names, and sometimes using the name “Umrah International.” There are more detailed complaints about them under that name as well.It’s deeply upsetting that anyone would scam people going on a sacred journey. Please be cautious and do thorough research before booking.

Very affordable services I must say. If you want to book a cost effective Umrah trip, Blissful Umrah is the great choice indeed. My agent was brother Ali Ahmad, and he was very polite, cooperative and kept it touch with me throughout my journey to make sure I had a peaceful trip.
