CAUTION!! They will try to take advantage of those who don't know.....The first thing the "kid" (he was in his mid-twenties) assured me 20 times he knew what he is doing.My first time on Medicare. He asked me how much i was paying for insurance at work I just retired from. He them crafted me plans and said this should match the premiums you were paying. For some reason he felt I was going to have the income after work as I had during work. So just like a used car dealer who says these are the cars you can afford... he backed me into policies/products. After visits to other insurance companies, It was pointed out I did not need two of the products the Brock guy was trying to push on me....and after a couple months on Medicare I realized I did not need it. I handled the insurance for a large company so I knew this "salesman" was trying to sale me.

Last year I called for an appointment the man said he can do it over the phone,so he signed me up,I got a Medicare supplement,thought all was good,first of the year there was an extra 32 dollars out of my account,so I called mr.holt told me I had to get an extra cancer policy to in order to get the Medicare supplement,really,I knew nothing of it,he even signed my name for me to get it.,it took 9 months of paying 32 dollars a month to stop it, he did my brother the same, signed his name also,.i.called this year,and ask about a different policy,he said no keep what you got,.so now I went somewhere else.,
