Awful online customer service
One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I tried to email with them to exchange a Christmas gift and was given the runaround for 6 weeks without ever getting closer to learning how to initiate the exchange (which is clearly allowable per the policy on their website). Why they would choose to lose a customer (and that customer's family) over an inability to even elucidate an exchange policy, let alone make the exchange, is beyond me.

lies about warranty's do not buy from these scammers, my friend was pressured into buying more expensive skis than he was comfortable with because of some "warranty" which did not exist and now hes stuck with broken skis. dont buy from these scammers

I rarely write reviews but I was so pleased with my experience with Bob's Sports Chalet that I had share my experience. I have been wanting the North Face Nuptse Chukka for weeks but they were all out of stock on the north face official website. When I was able to finally order my size, I waited WEEKS only to get an email saying that my order was cancelled because they were out of stock. I found bobs sport chalet online and though I never heard of or ordered from them before I decided to give it a shot and my order literally came in 3 days!! The package and shoes arrived in great condition and I cannot recommend this place enough.

Ordered 2 Burton accessory cases for my twins for Christmas. 2 different colors. Two of the same were sent of lesser value than ordered. Reached out to have the correct item sent that also cost more than the item sent. Was told they would not resend the item until the wrong one they sent me was returned to them. Once that was received if the original one that cost more was still available they would then send it. A mistake on their end…. These were Christmas gifts so instead I just kept them but the person I spoke with was so rude!!! Very disappointed with customer service.

Unresponsive Support, unable to return an item
Bought a North Face jacket. Was sent one without a hood. Emailed directly and through their website, no reply and it's been a week. Called the phone and it keeps saying "No one is available to take your call".So no way to return a defective product. Buyer Beware.
