I thought the workflow course was…
I thought the workflow course was detailed and provided a lot of ideas around what an amazing workflow should look like. It references 17Hats quite a bit, however those that don’t use 17Hats can still benefit from the bones of the material and implement great workflows in their own CRM. Knowledge of how your own CRM system operates will be extremely useful if this is the case since the course provides more specific instructions for 17Hat users. Alternatively, you could hire someone to set up your workflow for your particular CRM as there are plenty of people out there that provide this service. I really appreciate the step by step instructions and thought process around why a particular step is used, not used, assigned to a particular person, or assigned to the actual photographer. There are many programs out there(and I’ve tried them all). This program, however focuses on keeping the client on a specific path throughout their lifecycle with you. This workflow program will help keep you organized with a solid system in place to follow-up and create a fluid customer journey and client experience.

Great detailed course on Workflows
The course was great and very beneficial for me because I struggle with workflows! I like the short videos, easy to stay connected. I think the way Andre explained the process can be implemented for any type of service business.I really liked having to pause and document my own processes. #1 - Made it easier to follow along with you. And #2 I have never written it down! This will definitely come in handy if someone has to come in and needs to know how my business is ran. Of course, Integrating your Workflows was fairly long. But I don’t see no other way around it. My only dis is that it was kind of hard to follow because I am not familiar with 17Hats. I use Honeybook. Although, they all do the same thing, they are different . But I now know better how to attempt to automate my processes much more than they are currently. Great course!! Definitely helpful for me!

Great Course on Workflows!
I thought the course was really great! It was very thorough in the explanations about what a workflow was and how to put one together. I really liked how Andre walked out each step with me. That was very helpful since I am more of a hands-on learner.Through this course, I was about to actually sit down write everything out and Andre also had me thinking through the many scenarios that may happen so I would notice any gaps that I would need to fill in. For a beginner photographer, the information is SOLID and really helps set you up to start your processes the right way!

This course is amazing
This course is amazing. I thought I had my stuff together until I took this course. Andre goes in depth on processes to have in place for "just in case" measures and I've already started implementing some of what I learned. It has allowed me to fill in the gaps to my current processes where things may fall at the waist side. I know with my next client I wont have to worry about double checking some things as the flows play out. I am happy I took this course. My mind is at ease.
