Nothing wrong
Nothing wrong, just plain and simple booking a hotel room. Would prefer going direct with the hotel, but this is what I got. How impressed should I be that you took my cc info and booked my room?

Mark was so helpful and patient
Mark was so helpful and patient. We had to wuickly change our reservations so my husband could get to St. Francis Hospital for major surgery which they changed from Thirsday to Tomorrow and we had to quickly change our plans. Again Mark was a gentleman and so helpful.

The pictures you had online for the…
The pictures you had online for the room I booked was not correct. I thought I was booking a king room with 2 pull out couches that could sleep 5 people. When I went to check in it was just a king bed room for 2 people. It was a shit show trying to find a room that would fit us when I thought I had booked a room thru your site.
