Claudia and her team were lovely and wonderful teachers. However, this is not a retreat—it’s a studio with accommodations and should be listed as such. I was the only participant! A retreat typically involves a group experience where you eat, train, and take part in activities together.

Hannah was fantastic
Hannah was patient and listened. She stayed very focused on my specific wants and needs for an initial short term therapeutic retreat in nature with therapy and mindfulness, also sent options/alternatives in gorgeous places with medical help and spa services as well as adventure, community, nature's beauty for my next trip. Truly helpful and patient, got me excited to do this!
