I joined the institution recently , the atmosphere is nice , the staff is great and very helpful , also the lessons are not boring as we are used to ( just grammar), but on the contrary there is greater focus on conversation skills , honestly i do not regret joining
i joined this center in july and i actually learned a lot being part of their system was very nice it's very unique to anything i've seen before, i actually like the way they carry the lessons and the sessions but the best part for me honestly is the chat room feature you have to experience it to understand, it's very cool a lot of people from different parts of the world come and talk to each other casualy i formed friendships because of it unironicly so yeah it's a 10/10 experience for me.

Unfortunately, the quality of service and the way students are treated have declined drastically compared to before. What used to be a place of warmth, professionalism, and respect has now turned into an experience filled with poor treatment and a lack of the care and support that once made this center stand out.This change has been deeply discouraging, especially after having experienced such a positive and supportive environment in the past.
