What a wonderful experience from beginning to end - Every step of the way we had the help and advice we needed to publish our 1st book. It turned out to be a rewarding experience, and we couldn't have done it without Boundless Book Publishers 😊
It was my first time publishing a book and was skeptical at first. I was assigned to Ryan as my project manager. Ryan walked me through each step enlightening me as we went along. I published my first book and then with Ryan's recommendation to make my book into a video on You Tube, we did just that. It was a big hit and I went on to do a 2nd video which was an even bigger hit and now we are working on a 3rd and I have 2 more books I'm going to be publishing. Ryan has inspired me form the start showing me how talented I really am and now I'm on a roll. Thank you!
Since January 2026, advances in my book have been very slow, the output incomplete. Hoping to get a positive response to my requests soon. Boundless Book Publishers has sincerely apologized for the inconveniences I have outlined below and assures me of proper delivery and service. I have accepted the apology and will report here on advances. Boundless Book Publishers is neither efficient nor trustworthy. Their main focus is on how to get more money from you by upselling services that were not initially contracted. Initially, I was happy about the company’s enthusiasm for my book. But with time, it became clear that, instead of making sufficient progress on the contracted services, they kept trying to convince me to pay high sums for additional offers, even though I repeatedly made it clear that I was not interested in further services. As they actually persuaded me to pay an additional fee, which supposedly was necessary to acquire new ISBNs for my book, I didn’t even get an invoice for that payment. I lost trust in the company and notified them of my contract termination, requesting the refund for the unaccomplished services. Neither my request for the invoice for the ISBN payment nor my termination notification has been answered. My emails are ignored. It’s been about a month since I last received a reaction from them. Do not contract with Boundless Book Publishers!
I was a little skeptical about using Boundless Book Publishers for publishing my book. But after talking with Jessica, who made me feel at ease with her professionalism, positive, friendly attitude. She and her team are amazing at doing what they do. Jessica kept me informed every step of the journey. She answered every question that I asked, some that I forgot to ask. I must say Jessica and her team were relentless when achieving what I needed and wanted for my book. I strongly recommend them for publishing your book.

It's a fraud company dnt ever trust them they take charges n dnt pay u after u complete the project just say mistakes are there n work is rejected n dnt even show u ur report....it's a fraud n scam do not trust bondless book publisher they do fake promises. Interacting with my contact person, Shad, who listened to my comments, and offered suggestions on how to proceed. This allowed me to trust him and the company. What it boils down to, is great customer service.

As a first time author fulfilling a 20+ year dream of publishing a memoir, BBP has been a tremendous resource for me. Jake was fabulous and guided me through the hard work of the editing process. I’m not sure why, but the last week before publishing, I was handed off to Ryan, who helped me across the finish line. There were some difficulties with the cover being correct but Ryan managed to solve the issues. I love the cover that BBP created! I admit that I approached the process with some skepticism but my hopes of BBP being trustworthy proved true!
