RUN AWAY FROM THIS CPMANY WEB SITE!!! Recentlly purchase tickets here for Bandimere Mayhem in the Mountains, tickets were very expensive, and according to my purchase I had seat asignments. ONLY, later, upon calling Bandemere Ticket sales I found the EVENT WAS ALL!! GENERAL ADMISSIONS!! So, it didn't matter that BOX OFFICE OVERCHARGE ME FOR MINE!! since there was no seat assigments. ALL WAS GENERAL ADMISSIONS! Talk about a dishonest company!! yes, BOX OFFICE!! Selling me tickets way overprice, when I could had purchase the very same ticket ,general admissions at Bandemire for 70% less!! ah, and of course all sales are final! so,no chance for me to cancel my transaction!! DISHONEST COMPANY!! Check your venue local site before even considering them!!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would!! Do not touch them with a barge pole!!!! We booked tickets to a baseball game in San Diego, obviously a one time trip as part of a holiday to California. I had concerns at the start when they refused to send the seat numbers. We then find ourselves in the current situation with Coronavirus and our holiday was cancelled and the game postponed,they refused a refund due to the game being postponed not cancelled,even though I explained over and over we live in the U.K. we wouldn’t be able to make another game,they didn’t want to know!! Then I have an email yesterday to say the game has now been cancelled and they will refund or offer a voucher ..click the link to make your choice!! surprise surprise before even clicking the link I receive another email from them confirming my voucher , I click said link and it shows the voucher has already been accepted and processed!! fuming is an understatement!! Please please do not use this company!!!!!

Don’t get tricked
Don’t get tricked into using this company. First you get an email saying that you can’t print the tickets until the day before (only paper tickets will be accepted by the venue)Then you find that everywhere else the tickets can be had for less than half of the price.Be careful because you get redirected to this company without knowing it.

HiI have booked tickets to watch the New York Knicks at Maddison Square gardens. After purchase, i have noticed that the tickets could be sent out a few days before the event. I fly from London to New York on the 31st March and the event is on the 3rd April and not sure if I will receive the tickets in the post before I fly out of London.They do not respond to any of my emails i have sent asking for information which is very frustrating. Not impressed with the customer service at the moment. RegardsDaniel

Madison Square Gardens event
I purchased some tickets for a match at Madison Square Gardens. When I received my confirmation, the email said I would get the tickets within 1 week of the event. As I was travelling to New York, I was concerned the tickets wouldn’t arrive in time. I sent an email and within 3 days the tickets were shipped, and arrived well in advance of the game. I cannot fault them for their speed of service and the seats were great! You do pay a little over the odds, but that’s what happens when you go through a 3rd party!Thank you

Avoid BoxOfficeTicket.Center
While looking at the Trans-Siberian Orchestra event at the Wells Fargo Center PA site online we were lured to the BoxOfficeTicket.Center site to purchase tickets. Mistakenly accepting the site as the official venue site, we ordered tickets and it appeared the availability of tickets was tight. We ordered two tickets and paid $292.73 for two mezzanine 11th row seats. Within minutes we tried to cancel the tickets. They refused. A horrible policy, but not uncommon for ticket re-sellers/brokers. Going back and getting to the official site, better tickets were available at $195 (all in for 2 tickets) for 3rd row floor seats. So BoxOfficeticket.Center rips you off right from the beginning by charging much more for much worse seats. Be careful what website you link to when looking for tickets and avoid BoxOfficeTicket.Center.To make matters worse, when we called the telephone number provided in the purchase email confirmation, not only did they refuse a cancelation, when asked what company they represent they provided the wrong name telling us they were with TicketNetwork.com. I wrote a number of reviews on TicketNetwork.com to find out the person at BoxOfficeTicket.Center lied to us about the company involved. I now need to make that right.

These pple are a scam! Not only did they charge me 3 times more than what the tickets were worth, they completely dont give a damn about their customers. The show was canceled on the date I had chosen for a show and I couldnt go to the show on the day it was postponed too. I'm a mother and when I bought the tickets 3 months earlier I was able to plan for babysitter and what not, TINA THE ONLY TINA AT CUSTOMER SERVICE Apparently , was a completely heartless cold CSR who not only kept belittling me on the phone as if I didnt understand what she was saying but also couldnt answer ANY of my questions, you would think they could at least provide general information such as "what guarantees my tickets will be changed to the postponed date" I wanted an email sent that changed the date on my tickets and she couldnt provide a supervisor or any answers about anything. I WAS SHOCKED at the lack of empathy and professionalism from this lady!!! I could not believe how horrible the customer service was and how completely ridiculous the things this woman was saying just trying to get me off the phone rather than guarantee the tickets I paid 3 times the amount for. Not only that when I told her I cannot just pick up and go to a show one and a half hrs from my home on another date as I had bought these tickets 3 months prior and the day before the show it was cancelled and postponed to a different date, she told me to go and sell the tickets as if I have nothing better to do being a single mom who works full time. I also thought I had called Ticketmaster and have no idea how I reached them but be very very careful if you think you are calling ticket master as this box office ticket sales place WILL RIP YOU OFF and have one of the worst customer services I have ever encountered and I've worked in numerous call centers as well as am currently working in customer service.

This is a RIPOFF website. They buy low cost tickets in bulk, quadruple the price and resell them. They make you think you are buying from the box office of the event, but they are not. DO NOT USE THEM. FRAUDULENT PRACTICES!!
