This site is a hoax! Do not buy or order on this site bullseye! I ordered an On sneaker in January 27,2026 and it never came. The advertise that time it comes with a free socks when I ordered it as free item, and the upsetting part was, after too many emails I sent them , their reply was exactly the same ! It’s the shipping issues. And last week, end of February a UPS delivered the pair of white no brand cheap looking pair of socks. No Shoes !!! After sending them another email ( my 6th emails) telling them my order On Cloud sneaker still not received and I’m demanding a full refund and I refused to wait anymore. I got a reply the next day that congratulating me that the product was delivered. I emailed them stating it’s ONLY one pair of cheap looking sock came and there’s no sneakers . No more reply came ! I will file a complaint against this company! I paid over a hundred but did not receive what I paid for! Shame on this company! You stole my money!

I’ve been trying to get in touch with h with this company where I bought my ON cloud sneakers. They don’t fit me right and I want to return them. I’ve been trying for days to get in touch with them and I’m not getting anywhere. Keep getting a reply from a third company, which says they cannot deliver my messages. I’m really really disappointed with their customer service and there is no customer service number where I can call.
