Return & refund could be a lot better/fairer!
I think this is a generally good company: the products are good as is the communication over these products. They send them out quickly. What I haven't been so impressed by is their handling of returns/refunds which could be much more customer-friendly. I was aware that the two items I bought were the last of their kind in stock. When I returned them (receipt confirmed by tracking info) they were immediately relisted confirming that my return had been inspected and was clearly deemed acceptable for resale and yet the refund was not processed with the same speed and conviction; I'm still waiting to hear from them about this! I really think that the priority should be to contact and confirm with the customer that the return has been accepted and is being processed FIRST and BEFORE relisting what is in effect the customer’s property until, that is, the return-refund has been confirmed!

The Sundowner hat is really an absolutely great hat, so comfortable and light. I would recommend that you get the size lager than your measurement. I measured 59cm but it was a little tight, so staff at Bushgear exchanged it for the size up, 61cm NO PROBLEM and that fitted absolutely perfect.The staff at Bushgear are the Very Best and so helpful. Bought a hat for my wife's Christmas present - got the size wrong (twice) Bushgear's customer service was excellent and they exchanged the hat twice at no cost.The hat itself is superb quality, looks fantastic and my wife says it is very comfortable and she is delighted with it.Overall the shopping experience with Bushgear was superb.
