Disappointing funeral wreath
What was delivered was nothing like what was ordered. At such a sad emotional time this was very upsetting/disappointing. Sent email with photo to the florist but no acknowledgement

I just received my flowers and they are totally different to what I picked and not worth the money i paid for them ,I wanted something special for my granddaughter,s birthday so I looked on here instead of the usual supermarket,but I should have gone to the supermarket i would have got better than what I received😐
This is the 3rd time I have used Busybees can't speak highly enough great flowers reasonable prices and always delivered on time.
Customer service is terrible. Margaret must spend all her time replying to complaints and she is very rude when doing so. Flowers didn't arrive on the date they should have. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Terrible company AVOID! I purchased some flowers costing £65 plus delivery for my Grandfather’s funeral. I clearly added the funeral date and time to the notes and it was confirmed on the confirmation yet the flowers failed to arrive until after the funeral was over rendering them useless as it was a cremation. I’ve been constantly chasing Margret for a dated proof of delivery with the time on it as she says they arrived in time but I’m yet to receive one. I’ll now be contacting my card company to request a refund via them as this company obviously doing the same thing to others. If only I had seen these reviews first!
Ordered flowers on Saturday to be delivered on Monday received my order confirmation and it clearly states Mondays date which no flowers arrived so I messaged to find out what's happening to be told they wouldn't be delivered until Tues which means no one will be in house for the forceable as they have just lost their long term partner so has went to stay with family! Not even a call to say they can't fulfil the request just left it.... im now £40 down the drain until I claim a charge back with my bank
I think this place could be a scam? Money taken from my account and no order confirmation received. Contacted listed telephone number, which just rang out, and emailed same day to check it had gone through but no response. Order was well in advance for birthday but recipients birthday came and went and nothing received. Chargeback initiated through my bank so hopefully I get the money back. Avoid!
Ordered flowers in advance however did not show up until after paid delivery date. Will go elsewhere in future
Only after ordering a bouquet for my mums birthday! I looked at the reviews, I then had anxiety after reading how bad the reviews were and wondered if she'd ever recieve them or if she did, when? I can honestly say,my mum recieved her flowers on time and they were absolutely gorgeous!! I was so happy and my mum too!! So thank you very much for the lovely bouquet!👌 🥳 absolutely brilliant! Flowers ordered in Saturday well before the 4pm cut off..Its now Tuesday 18.30 and still no flowers..no apology no refund!! Nothing how dissapointing..
I made an order on Friday for next day delivery on Saturday for flowers and chocolates and paid for these and delivery.The money has been taken from my bank however I didn’t receive a confirmation email and the recipient of the flowers and chocolates has not received these! These were for a 70th birthday and I’m very unsatisfied!!
The flowers were delivered the same day which was great and as promised by the company. I have spoken to my sister, the recipient, and she is delighted with them and in fact said they are some of the nicest flower bouquets she has received. There is a charge for same day delivery which is about £7.50 but that is my own fault for leaving it so late to organise to send. I would recommend this company who are also very responsive to any questions. Thank you Margaret.
Pathetic delivery, flowers didn’t reach on the given date, the birthday of my daughter. Still figuring out what to do. Already paid with no delivery. AVOID
Even 1 star is over rated! AVOID THIS COMPANY! My husband passed away 4 years ago and each year I arrange for flowers to my mother in law! Well they didn’t arrive! Now not only upset for what day it is but also for the stress of having to chase flowers that were never going to arrive!This company needs to be SHUT down
Dreadful service - they were a day late and when they finally arrived they were half dead - no water and the personalised card was missing .Over priced - did complain and got no where !Do not buy from this company !
Ordered flowers on Monday for delivery on Wednesday for mums birthday. I chased at 4pm Weds as had not delivered and was assured they would be there by 5pm. They arrived at 7pm. Most of her birthday missed and a very disappointing bouquet for the price. Wont use again.
This company gives a bad name for all the reputable florists out there. Ordered flowers not received on the day ordered for. The customer services department need full training in how to deal with customers as they only deal by email, some woman called Margaret, over a week later still waiting for any correspondence from her, apparantly dosent like telephones. 🤣Will proceed now to the small claims court, in the end it’s not about the money but the principal and a company like this shouldn’t be operating.
If I could give this zero stars I wouldDelivery was not on the day requested and was actually delivered days later. Totally ruined the surprise and the flowers were delivered by Royal Mail. If I knew this I wouldn’t have ordered with this company as we all know delays can happen.
Flowers turned up on time (next day), absolutely lovely, and I have a very happy Mrs. No problems with BusyBees and would definitely use again!
A very disappointing service. Ordered a bouquet of flowers as a birthday gift for a work colleague. I placed the order 3 days prior to wanting delivery and they were not delivered on the date specified. One day later they still haven't been delivered even after telephoning earlier in the day and being informed that they would be delivered that afternoon. I have emailed requesting that my order is cancelled and have asked for a full refund. Just wish I had read the reviews beforehand...lesson learnt!
