Worst service ever
I have ordered online from caratlane India and the initial delivery date was a month away from the date I have ordered . The delivery date got delayed for about 10 days . Then again date got pushed to 2 more weeks . So in total I have to wait for nearly 2 months without getting delivered and constant delays . Such a worst service and customer service is also not reachable . Even they can do nothing . Such a horrible experience

Did not receive Necklace
Shipping with fedex is a really big issue. Its been so long and didn't receive any resolution for missing Package despite contacting fedex and caratlane. When we pay so much for jewelry it is also important that we are able to get the item as well.
