Don't value their customers.
Technically works. But they're now utilising AI to respond to customer's issues through their websites chat box and the AI is grossly unhelpful and at times even incomprehensible.I had to request to speak to an actual human being before my issue could be resolved. Afterwhich they deactivated my account citing that I had "disrespected a 'staff member'" (one which was incapable of forming basic cogent sentences apparently) and never informed me of it, I only found out after having to contact them regarding the issue.Recommend using any other card renting service for TCGs.
