Pleasure to work with
I really enjoyed your services. Brandon was very helpful and went out of his way to deal with my insurance company. And Christina was there to see the work went off well. Everything was done in a timely manner, smooth, and efficient. The clean-up crew did there work good that there was no need for me to clean-up after them. Even the other office staff Francisca gave constant updates as to what was coming next. Very pleased with your service

This job has completely changed my life!! I’ve worked here for over 2 years now and worked my way up from a sales rep. I struggled to make 30k a year working 2 jobs before this. I’ve accomplished more in my last 2 years of life than I thought possible. Buying brand new cars and trucks. Buying a house, getting married, taking vacations…. This opportunity has changes my life. I have worked for multiple roofing company’s in the past, I can say nobody comes close to Carolina Trophy Roofs! The training sets you up for success straight out the gate and has more material and is more in depth than any company I’ve worked for. If you have hard work ethic and a brain get in this field now!!!

I'm apart of the production team and office staff. I truly love my career and my position with this company. I couldn't have asked for a better opportunity. Now would be an excellent time to join us as we are still growing and we promote from within. This office is my second home, the money is great and I'm happy; that's everything I could want in a career.

Life changing career
Hands down, best company I’ve worked for. The pay actually reflects how hard you work, and then some. Team camaraderie is unmatched, everyone is willing to help each other out because if you aren’t making money, then the company isn’t. If you stick to the system you’ll move up quick too, they only promote from within

New Hire's Perspective
I recently started here. The reps who work hard make over 100K per year. This job's fruit takes time, though. Meanwhile, this company allows growth-time, so long as the individual works hard and their aptitude appears promising. They recently enacted a base-pay, which helps rookies survive the initial dry-period. This surely helps employee retention, though now we use W2 AND 1099 pay, together, as opposed to just 1099 pay. Base-pay=W2, and commission=1099.
