Excellent service from start to finish. Scott, in sales was informative and helped us make the best selection for our needs. The installers were friendly, professional, kept the work site neat and tidy all day, were respectful and informative. I am so very pleased with the job done and the pricing was great, too. Wouldn't go anywhere else for flooring. Thanks!!

It is not surprising to have a good shopping experience, or shouldn't be, but it was the installation where we saw a difference. We had laminate floor panels installed in our home. The rooms where the installation occurred were living room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast room, laundry room and home theater area.The installer did a fantastic job. Patrick our sales man came out to the house and brought samples of trim. He insists he shows us a bright white trim against our cream colored walls in the living room. The only thing he showed us was the wood trim samples that were going to be used to match the cabinets in the kitchen. My husband and I were under the impression the wood trim was going to be used throughout the house.We called Patrick at the Tulsa Hills store and told him we expected all the trim to be wood stained instead of this gaudy white trim that was installed, he said he would talk to his manager and call us back and see what he could do. He called us back and told us it would cost $650 to replace the trim. Now we just spent close to $7000 with this company.Prior to these problems we also inquired about carpeting for 3 bed rooms and installation of a putting green turf surface which measured 16ft x 17 ft. They have definitely lost that sale and told Patrick I will never do business with them again. You know if they really cared about our business they would of called us back and tried to gain our trust but I guess since they got their money up front customer satisfaction doesn't count
This is our second house remodel to use Carpet One on all flooring. Jeff Rivers in sales has done an outstanding (and patient) job helping with selections and, most important, ensuring that our floors are installed properly. We feel like we got a very fair price with incredibly personalized service.

Great in store experience. Installers showed up a the agreed time and did a very good job of installing our carpet. They also checked to see that I was completely satisfied with their work before they left. I will gladly buy from again.
Lisa, the salesperson at the store, went way beyond what we expected, to help us. She was professional and personable. The reason for four stars and not five, is because of some issues with installation. Our daughter had her whole house done by Carpet One (carpet and tile) and they did an excellent job. The guarantee they have on installation and your satisfaction was all part of our desire to use this company. We would definitely recommend them and use them again.
They were very polite and helpful in looking and ordering my flooring. The installers were polite and hardly any waste and they didn't mess up the trim so I didn't have to touch up. I was very pleased. Won't go anywhere else and I appreciate Toby at the Tulsa Hill store in Tulsa.

Every step from ordering to measuring to delivery & installation went perfect. I had special needs in the my selection of carpet and special needs in the delivery ( 45 + miles from the store to a remote area ) and installation ( stairs & antique pool table ). In stallers & Carpet One salesperson were fantastic to work with.
