Your company sent a guy to re-stretch our carpet (that you had installed in 2014). He did a great job, was very efficient and nice. I expected to pay for the job but he said "no charge."I just want to thank you for the excellent service after the sale. Excellent company, I will be back for more (you already did a wood floor for me too) and tell all my neighbors and friends what a good job you did, plus the excellent service.
The gentleman sent to my home looked and acted like a prison work program worker. It took forever to get an answers and get the job started. I thought going with a smaller local company would be the way to go and I would get more attention, but it was worse than a big box store.
I highly recommend Carrell Rogers Carpet One to all looking for any type of flooring!I was under a severe time crunch to get a rental done by the end of this weekend. All I had to do was call Ken with the measurements and the type of flooring I wanted and he did the rest. In fact I originally wanted a roll of linoleum in our kitchen/family room but Ken recommended a commercial grade floating linoleum that looks amazing installed. Thanks to Ken and Carrell Rogers Carpet One we signed the rental agreement last night! And the tenants were on the verge of tears when they saw the new flooring installed!
Meeting the owner of the store was absolutely amazing. We talked and he made me feel comfortable. Because of him I knew everything else would be OK. The installers were great and I really enjoyed the entire experience.

I was pleased with the sales process, selection and price. However, the time between order and install was unusually long and when I requested an earlier install date via email and voice message there was no reply.

My first stop for carpet was Lowes. Big mistake. Finally got someone to grudgingly attempt to help me. After 45 minutes I gave up and went to Carrell Rogers. THey had exactly what I needed and I was in and out in 10 minutes. They were even kind enough to rush the job to get it done before Thanksgiving when I was having out of town guests. I would not consider going anywhere else for future flooring needs. Thank you Carrell Rogers
Sales people, Heather and Ken, were knowledgeable and friendly, installers showed up on time and finished job in estimated time frame. They were professional and responsive to my questions. Flooring looks great and is wearing well so far. Will definitely recommend this shop.
Carpet One did a great job from walking in the door to pick flooring to installation. They also gave there great service with my 86 year old mother-in-law. They helped her pick out her flooring and the guys doing the measuring and installation could not have been more respectful in her home.Carpet One will be the business we will always come back too when we need flooring.
