Quick Resolution After Initial Issues
I sent in my Samsung Galaxy Note 10 to Cell4Pets, and it was confirmed delivered on April 30, 2025. Their website says you’ll receive a confirmation within one business day of the device arriving—but I’ve received absolutely no communication. The order still says “pending”even though USPS tracking shows it was delivered nearly a week ago.I sent three emails (on May 1, May 5, and May 6), all directly to the “point of contact” they assigned me—no reply to any of them. I even explained that I accidentally forgot to include the offer email in the package, but followed up immediately with my order ID and full details.They promote themselves as responsive and trustworthy, with “5 stars on multiple platforms”—but I’ve experienced nothing but silence. If you’re considering sending in your device, I’d think twice.Update: There was a delay in communication due to emails being caught in the spam folder, but once the issue was identified, Cell4Pets responded quickly, took responsibility, and even doubled the payout as a goodwill gesture. The transparency and quick resolution were much appreciated. Mistakes happen, but the company handled the situation well in the end.

Perfect transaction!
I was selling my iPhone. Everything from start to finish was made easy! Customer service is above and beyond. I had a couple of questions, and I got a response back SUPER quick, and all my questions were answered. This is what all customer support should be. HIGHLY recommend cell4pets! I also LOVE what they are doing for fur babies. As a parent of a rescue kitten. Things like this warm my heart!

Modification to previous comment.Rich from the customer service team was very helpful all time. He kept a good track of email and order status.The prior email delivery issue was solved as well. Sold three devices to them recently. And will come back in the future when I need to replace electronics.Hope to be part of their endeavor of supporting animals. Great merchant!

These guys are awesome! They let me know it might take a while to get my offer because they had so many phones to process. I let them know I needed mine processed immediately (I am impatient). They got everything done very quickly and sent me my cash through Pay Pal. I highly recommend using them to cash in on an old phone. Will definitely use them in the future.-Ian

I sent in two Iphones - worked out
I sent in two iPhones in perfect, like new condition - with screen protectors, original boxes etc, mailed them in on August 4th, 2022, I received the payment on September 23ish. Though It took too long to get the payment it was due to a lost check or some unintentional payment handling mishap at Cell4Pets. All along the way the company remained in contact with me. They informed me they would put a stop payment on their first payment transaction and reissue a check and even offered two alternate methods of payment to me. Though this review stated out be a negative review and this the second edit along the way as the situation worked out, the company, their problem recovery handling of the situation changed that potential bad or negative situation into a positive one. From time to time things do go wrong in life and how and when people or companies take ownership and the responsibility to make it correct, it is refreshing. This stands out for me to be a legit company to deal with and knowing they are striving for a positive experience for all involved in the transaction has me recommending this company to others and I would be happy to use their services again.

Still waiting on payment. One of the staff members told me in 1-2 business days it been 5 days I still haven't received payment email. Update I have payment now after contacting support they responded quickly

They answered my email concerns quickly and respectfully. In addition, they have communicated receipt of product, agreement of product quality, and schedule for payout.I certainly will include cell4pets.com when I decide to look for quotes in the future.

5* experience with them each time I've sold an iPhone here (I've done so three times). Not only have they been the highest offer each time I've looked to sell a phone, they are easy to get in touch with an their customer service is unmatched. Oh, and not to mention, part of their proceeds are donated to no-kill animal shelters so you feel good working with them too! A++++++
