I'm not happy with cfi to withdraw…

I'm not happy with cfi to withdraw money is a very big problem, I can't withdraw money but only to deposit. Two days ago 30 dollars was illegally deducted from my account and I told my account officer she didn't resolve the issue if I send voice note she will not read it.

Leigh Walker: Technical liaison to complete the registration!

I joined the group last week (12 Feb 2026) after struggling to register. I was then assisted by Leigh Walker. She took me through the registration process and liaised with technical guys guys to resolve some of the issues that I was experiencing. I had attempted the process on my own initially, and had left it before completing. When I revisited the process the next day, the system had had already already registered my phone number, thereby recognising it as duplicate. I couldn't get past that step. Leigh was patient, and she liaised until we were done.

The worst broker I've ever dealt with

The worst broker I've ever dealt with. Each trade must have a spillage in only these 2 days i want more than 10k in slippages only the mt5 creates gaps and always crashing. Been asking for a refund they are not answering .Been trading for 2 years and I asked for my trading history there is more than 400 k in slippages for fhe past 2 years am taking this to a court soon and I have all the pictures and photos to back everything up.I even sent to main hub dubai and they dont care , cfi jordan

Patrick is an amazing account manager…

Patrick is an amazing account manager at CFI who assisted me with an IB agreement and assisted my clients in lightning fast time and he is very helpful.The withdrawals are instant and the platform does not jam..Overall I highly recommend this broker to south African clientele.Once again thank you Patrick. CFI Makes Depositing Easy but Withdrawing a Problem

I registered with CFI and, as part of the onboarding requirements, was asked to upload proof of address. I submitted the required document, after which my account was approved and fully activated. CFI then allowed me to deposit funds into my trading account without any issues.However, after making a profit and attempting to withdraw my funds, I was informed that I needed to submit proof of residence again. I complied and submitted the document on 08 January 2025. On 09 January, I was still unable to withdraw my funds, so I contacted Derick Mujera, who assured me that the issue would be resolved by the end of that day. This did not happen.By 13 January, no progress had been made. I contacted CFI again and was informed that Derick was not in the office. I was assisted by Dolly Mdumata at approximately 10:00, who confirmed that my documents were in order and promised that the withdrawal would be processed within a few minutes. Several hours passed with no change. At around 14:00, I called again and was told that everything was successful and that I should wait a few more minutes for the system to update due to a high volume of withdrawals.As of 19:00, the withdrawal was still not processed.When I questioned how CFI could allow deposits if proof of residence was supposedly missing—but require it only at withdrawal stage—I was told by Derick that the intention was “not to inconvenience customers when wanting to trade.” This explanation is unacceptable. There is no consideration for customer inconvenience when access to their own funds is delayed or denied.I would have preferred this issue to be addressed before any funds were deposited, rather than discovering it only when attempting to withdraw my money. It creates the impression that CFI prioritizes making deposits quick and convenient, while withdrawals are handled with significantly less urgency and transparency.This experience has caused unnecessary stress and has seriously undermined my trust in CFI’s processes.As someone who trades with large groups and is part of a well-established trading community, I will never recommend CFI. Based on my experience, I strongly advise anyone reading this to consider XM or Vantage instead. These are brokers that prioritize transparency and fair treatment of clients, unlike brokers that appear to focus solely on making it easy to take clients’ money, while creating unnecessary obstacles when clients attempt to withdraw their own funds.
