Hi , I have brought lots of baubles over the years from this company , they are reasonable priced , to suit everyone’s needs , excellent quality and service all around . Thank you and please carry on selling your products .
Lovely baubles, super quick dispatch and delivery
Excellent products dispatched quickly - even in January!
The quality of their baubles is horrendous. I can find much better ones off Amazon. Many of the baubles did not even come with a string to attach to the tree so we had to buy strings separately which is shocking considering it costs nothing from the manufacturer to provide this. Really disappointed.
I used this company for the first time this year and order several items. I received the next day! I was very impressed and so I placed a larger order. Again it was received next day. The decorations are lovely. In fact, the only decs I have on my tree are from here as have gone all white this year. I cannot fault the experience I have had with them and I would definitely purchase from them again. The only gripe I have is I think the delivery charge is excessive.
Ordered 2 weeks ago. No delivery. Contacted to ask. They really didn’t care. Email said it may of been lost In post, 10 minutes later it said sorry the items were not in stock! It took for me to contact them for this to be established. Still waiting for the refund too. Appalling customer service. If I could give no stars I would , but it makes you add one
Cannot comment on returns policy/customer service however the many items I ordered were very well packed, were really quickly delivered and I was very happy with everything I received which is quite unusual for me. Delivery is fairly costly but due to the great prices and then the 50% sale discount, overall they were cheaper than elsewhere. Excellent!
Convenient site to use. Prompt delivery. However, if you are not happy with the product, or the product doesn't match description / your expectations they're not happy to get them back. Very customer unfriendly after sales. The latter that really matters: the way company treats the customer.
