We had a fantastic experience working with Chromebook Parts. We sent in 170 broken student Chromebooks, and they made the entire process incredibly fast and easy. Once I set the maximum repair value we were comfortable with, they either repaired the devices or used them for parts, and for every device scrapped, we received a credit toward repairs.In the end, we got back 44 fully functioning devices under warranty, at no cost to ship them out.
