People are exceptionally nice and organized. Like this facility very much. Rates are fair. If a unit is purchased through Auction, the staff requests important papers or pictures be brought up so they can attempt to deliver or have picked up by original owner. Thought this was very nice.
I have asked them in writing for the last 2 months to close my account and I am still receiving bills for a monthly fee. We were emailing and they stopped responding to my emails.
I have had good service sine I first rented a unit.

The manager here is a LIAR. I was sent a BILL for $0.30 when I went to my unit I noticed a red lock (their lock) so I took my lock off and left. I messaged her a couple days later and asked why the red lock was on my unit she blatantly lied and for your protection cause there was no other lock on the unit. I immediately said something to her. And she got rude with me. Then I asked her if the lock was off my unit she said had to get permission to remove it. HORRIBLE service and she’s a LIAR I would not keep my belongings here
I’ve been using this storage for over ten years. Service went down and then new management it went up for a few years. But this past two years it has went down again. Fees keep going up even thou you see unlease ones thru out.
You have awesome staff members. Everyone is so nice and helpful. If you have any problems they do their very best to resolve the issues.

Always have had a positive encounter when speaking with staff. Nice location. Hoping they add additional covered storage for RVs.
I really like the facility but on multiple occasions the access door code has not worked. I have had to go to the office to alert them of this many times. There has also been 2 occasions where the access code would not work and no one was in the office or answering the phone. One of the times I had a moving truck, which I had to extend the rental because of this issue. That cost me extra money. Its a nice facility and easy access, when it works.

I've been storing my camper at CS for over two years now. I like that it is a secure and affordable location. I have no complaints.
I have been unemployed due to covid. I asked was there anything I could do to prevent losing my things and the response was my stuff is going to auction if I don’t pay $418. I’ve been a customer so long! I can’t believe I ask for help and there is nothing that can be done.
Circle storage is easy to work with and has an extremely friendly staff who is there to answer questions and help you if needed. The storage space itself is secure and clean!

This sales tax issue is irritating. When I paid for Nov in late Oct, the screen read amt due $0. Then, the letter saying sales tax went up for Nov. In my opinion, since I paid it in Oct, I should not have owed the $ .70 at all. Then for Dec, I paid in Nov, and again it read amt due $0. Again, I got al another late letter. You had a whole month to repair your webpage. This is not professional.
