Appalling customer service
I bought two ClickCablez Lightening for iPhone in 2020.They worked fine until May then one started to get very hot while charging & then stopped charging altogether. A month later, the second cable just stopped charging. We tried the cables with two different iPhones and two different iPads. I have called ClickCablez twice and left a voice message & also filled our their ‘Contact Us’ page on the website. I have had no reply despite receiving an automated email saying that they had received my message & would reply in 2-3 working days.
