Ordered on 2-7-2026. I emailed them after two weeks of no communications. They said was shipping on 2-23-2026. Contacted them AGAIN on 2-27-2026 nothing from them on tracking. All I ever got was we are sorry for the delay and are working on it. Basically a "canned" response. So I then had to ask for a refund since the order was outside their stated delivery window. Which they did...BUT ZERO communications UNLESS I initiated it.
I received an email that redirected me to coinstv.net. Once I got to the advertised page, it was selling for $80 what was a $20 piece of silver coin.
I ordered a few banknotes which were delivered whithin a week, so as for me, I am satisfied.

If not for their customer service I would have reported this company to the BBB. Took 2 months to get items. This was 2 different orders which were ordered on separate dates but arrived at the same time. First order was in padded envelope, the small boxes of items got damaged due to insufficient or improper packaging. The second order, which had same type items, arrived in a cardboard box with no issues.
Your customer service is great! They always are helpful and informative. I have gotten amazing coins since I started following The Coin Channel , back 7/2023, before that no clue about coins. Thank you for being a trusted company.
SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!I ordered a mystery box and received nothing!! I email them and ask where my purchase is and there response is “it ships within 3-10 business days”. I emailed in another 1-1/2 weeks , same thing. You also can’t read there emails because it’s all jumbled up with the header, I was able to make the headline out. Third email I cancelled my order and reported this scam place. They never tried to explain why it was taking so long. Stay away from this site!! No good!
The whole experience from purchasing, to how the products are packaged for protection, timely shipping, the quality of product once received and the customer service if needed has been absolutely amazing. I would recommend to anyone from a beginner to an novice coin and currency collector.

When you SELL a coin for brilliant uncirculated, it should be the way you advertise. If I didn't like your company, then I would not have spent thousands for your product. 60% of the west point quarters, that I've purchased, were advertised and sold as B.U. but never are. They have deep scratches and gouges. I would like to send them to get graded, but they are not worth it. Sell what you advertise on the show.
Made many purchases with CoinsTV during the past few years. The good: CoinsTV sometimes offers newly released items before other sellers. All items are eventually delivered. Customer Service is usually available and helpful most of the time. The bad: Shipping time (7 to 10 business days or longer) is unsatisfactory. It should not take a week and a half, two, three, or even four weeks for the shipping process to start. Very frustrating and inexcusable. Quality control is lacking and needs improvement. Received damaged items on several occasions (not the result of shipping). CoinsTV prices tend to be higher than many other sellers most of the time.
It always takes way longer to receive a package, there's no communication, and when a package goes missing I have to do all the leg work just to find out they messed up the labels. And then when you do bring up a package not being shipped. It's surprisingly gets shipped. It's as if they forgot and then I reminded them.
Opportunity to purchase special edition coins is great. Customer service is responsive. Shipping takes a very long time.
This was a great experience. Once again, they knocked it out of the park. This was another great experience. I was skeptical, but like I said in my last review, I am a CoinsTV fan for life now.
There are so many unreliable platforms out there and this is one of them. I have my currency ceased for several months. The regular demands for my personal information have now become irritating.At this point. I got duped into buying "one of 666" silver ounces. The video and pictures made it look to be stained, polished silver. I got a plain bar with a sticker on both sides. No serialization. Anyone could make a thousand more of these and no one would be the wiser. This was a bigger disappointment than my wife leaving me this year. RIP Ozzy, they're printing money in your wake.
