Absolutely amazing movers!

The team that helped us pack today was fantastic. They showed up right on time, were super professional, and worked so hard the entire day. What really stood out was how careful they were with all of our things. You could tell they really cared about doing the job right. Moving off the island is stressful enough, but they made the whole process so much easier and smoother for us. I’m so grateful for their help and would 100% recommend them to anyone!

Our family needed same-day help after an unexpected lease start date change. They responded quickly and managed to get us moved with little notice. Delivery timing was accurate and they unpacked and placed items per our directions. For anyone with delicate, valuable items, their care and specialized handling are standout features.

Avoid This Company at All Costs

Update: Since posting my review, this company has continued to act unethically. They recently attempted to pressure us into signing a retroactive storage contract that was never part of our original agreement — after already taking possession of our belongings. When we refused, they began making new demands and still will not disclose where our items are being stored. This conduct will be part of our formal complaint to the FMCSA, FTC, and the Texas and Illinois Attorneys General. It’s deeply concerning how they continue to take advantage of customers instead of resolving matters in good faith. I strongly advise anyone considering them to avoid this company altogether.Avoid This Company at All Costs — A Nightmare Experience from Start to FinishOur family recently relocated from Dallas to Chicago, and this moving company turned what should have been a smooth transition into one of the most stressful experiences we’ve ever endured. It started with the initial walkthrough. We drove all the way from Chicago back to Dallas just to meet them for it. Despite confirming the appointment, they marked us as a no-show. We received a text at 7:00 AM asking if we were “ready for the 9:30 AM walkthrough.” We replied that we were ready at 8:00 AM, but no one ever came. We have a Blink doorbell, multiple Echo devices, and phones that would have alerted us immediately if anyone had shown up. They didn’t. We even stayed an extra day, called repeatedly, and emailed with no response. Later, they stated they had turned their phones off.To move things forward, we recorded and sent a full video walkthrough to ensure an accurate quote. Someone finally responded, thanked us for the video, and then raised the estimate by $150 without explanation. We were originally quoted $2,500, paid our deposit, and returned to Chicago expecting things to be handled professionally. On moving day, our neighbor (who speaks Spanish) let the movers in and quickly called us, concerned. He overheard the crew talking among themselves about how they were “going to overcharge” us. Moments later, the on-site crew leader called my husband and me — yelling, dismissive, and completely unprofessional — claiming we had “intentionally left things off” the list and tripled the price on the spot. We explained all the steps we took to ensure accuracy, but he refused to listen. After numerous calls, we finally reached a manager who was only slightly calmer but doubled the price and threatened to keep our deposit and leave if we didn’t agree immediately. Our lease was ending that day, and we had no choice but to accept their bait-and-switch tactics under pressure. We were also promised 30 days of free storage in Chicago while waiting for our new home to be ready in October. We confirmed this multiple times. Yet, weeks later, we received a call saying our belongings had already arrived in Chicago and they would “leave everything outside the construction site” unless we accepted early delivery or paid thousands more in storage and delivery fees. Their new demand? An additional $4,000.We now have to pay them extra for storage and find another company to deliver our items. They’re asking for an additional $4,000, while Midway Moving quoted us $1,050 for five hours and three movers to move our items out of storage and into our new home. We also discovered that we are not allowed to know where our storage unit is located until we pay them an extra $350 for an additional “storage fee.”At this point, we realized the entire process had been built on lies, intimidation, and manipulation. This company preys on people during vulnerable transitions, and their business practices are unethical and deceptive. We’ve moved professionally before and have never experienced anything close to this level of dishonesty, disorganization, and outright exploitation. Do not use this company under any circumstances. Save yourself the stress, the money, and the heartache.

Horrible unless you want a run around…

Horrible unless you want a run around when they damage your furniture go somewhere else I was assured I was dealing with a reputable company, my items were insured Movers showed up did not ask to review the furniture before loading kept shoving an iPad under my nose for signature when they loaded and unloaded. I didn’t expect it to be my responsibility to take before photos I assumed they would do that to cover themselves I was stressed as we were selling one home and buying another When they unloaded I saw my beautiful mahogany sleigh headboard had gouges in it Lead mover admitted it had to have been done during the move as he had wrapped it himself he took photos and said I’d be contacted What a joke that was In July they push you off to a claims mediator who asks for information and documents you provide them they say the claim has been approved contact the company when you do they tell you they don’t have anything and try to direct you back to the mediator then on the site they state they won’t accept information on a Zip drive email etc so I don’t know if they want you to walk it to the home office or what They basically they just keep dragging you along hoping you go away I’ve been fighting with them since July it’s October I have photos documenting the bed in the listing photo and on the day they delivered what more should I have needed to send

Worst movers in Dallas! Avoid them!!

Avoid this company at all costs! They are worst movers in Dallas. They damaged by new home as you can see in the photos. Completely unprofessional and didn't show up on time. I even filed a claim and their support team kept saying lies for a month only to deny the claim in the end. Go elsewhere and avoid this nightmare of a company!!
