They did not respond
Nightmare situation. They sent the package to the wrong address with a note to not change without shippers authorization, then would not respond.

Defective HP Envy Laptop intermittently will not bootup? You guys stuck me with it and kept my money even though I informed you of the problem in a timely manner and requested a functional replacement or refund. Terrible Customer Service. Do Not Buy from this Company. Not Trustworthy.

A+++ customer service. Prior to purchase, Seller made SURE we knew we were purchasing a refurbished unit to set our expectations. Awesome. Upon arrival, the unit was functional, but had an issue that neither seller nor we had been aware of. Seller guaranteed a refund, found another unit of the same make/model in better condition, and sent with expedited delivery with a credit for hassle. Unbelievable responsiveness.
